*A week later* The Devin Resort and Suites is crowded as, the CEO and multi-billionaire Devonne Marchetti walks in, ladies and gentlemen, this is the biggest aunction event in the city and history of California, and Devonne has been known to win it every year, hence her large chain of properties and businesses.

Raven states. Devon and Nate walk in. Devon has little Emyria in his arms, and they both look very happy to have their little princess with them. I manage to say. “Emma, hello,” he says with a gorgeous smile, sort of lingering on my name for a bit. “And Kara, it’s nice to meet you. It’s a small town, so of course I’ve seen you both around, but we just never had a chance to formally meet. I’m Devon.” Devon–of course, his name is incredibly sexy.
