Aiden stepped into the house, his brows furrowing when he noticed all the lights were off. The quietness of the room felt almost eerie. He turned around, seeing Tristan step in behind him. "What's going on? Why is it so dark?" Aiden asked, his voice filled with suspicion as he reached for his phone to use the flashlight. Before he could even tap the screen, the lights suddenly flickered on, and a loud pop followed by a victorious cheer filled the air.

Author's POV Mira groaned in her sleep and blinked her eyes open, she sat up while grabbing her throbbing head and puffy eyes. She had to blink multiple times to see clearly and her eyes fell on Damon who was ready for the day and was looking at her. He smirked evilly and clicked her pictures, she was looking wild in messy hair and a swollen red face. "Cute!" She threw the pillow at him while hiding her face. "What happened last night?" The doctor asked me as I laid on my back on the bed. I nodded my head and searched for Jake hands, he wasn't far from me so I took his hands in mine in a form of support strength. "What do you see." The doctor asked me. He was standing on my left side. "I can only see darkness but sometimes light flashes through my eyes." I nervously replied. I started experiencing the flashes of light when I was eleven years but I kept it to my self today that I was asked. All this while my eyes where tightly closed.
