The Midnight Club Murders

The Midnight Club Murders

But neither the gods know what sinister mysteries lurk in the quiet, lush town, hiding behind the endless sea of weeping willows and towering mahoganies. Today is the day that the Midnight Club goes on yet another one of their pretentious adventures; leaving behind Isaac who was still high on alprazolam, Gwyneth who was still in dreamland, and Dean who has unfortunately passed off. The sun is just starting to shed off its blankets at 7 in the morning. Dew on the shrubs and bushes along the streets and avenues were just starting to dry up. Agatha Leon filled herself with early morning bitter coffee; Mickey took his breakfast with his moms; Isa took bites from a cereal bar while packing her dr

Midnight Smiles

Midnight Smiles

She has read that book too? Midnight was a character from one of his first books. The book was about a young man, who because of being possessed by demons, would go on a killing spree every midnight, the sight and scent of the blood being the only salvation from the mental and physical pain these demons brought him. That fucker was a total psycho. Jake felt wronged. Why should she call him that? Does Ryder think of him as a psycho? Yet, upon noticing Ryder beaming proudly like a little child, he didn't have the heart to refuse. "Why not."

Auctioned Mates Revenge

I sat back, “If he’s after the traffickers, his best bet is to infiltrate Sinner’s Haven and get Midnight into a chokehold.” Renda frowned, “What do you mean?” “Midnight has three main sources of income: Club Heaven, Sinner’s Haven, and all the illicit activities it covers up through the border patrol.” Renda narrowed her eyes and nodded, “Have you met Mordecai?” I nodded and shuddered, “And I hope to never see him again.”

Gabbalaba
Thoughtful, action packed, and dripping with feminist enabling leads. Totally unexpected side-characters also step into the light. Ending felt rushed, and change of POV felt like a first-person restriction. Pre-climax was confusing with too many planning details. I loved the women as allies theme.
Vroom Vroom
Great story. There are some heavy chapters to get through so if rape, sex trafficking or abuse are triggers for you then skip this book!!! If they aren't triggers for you then I highly recommend this book. I agree with other comments that the incomplete sentences were annoying.

Midnight Howling

Midnight Howling

ADY It's almost midnight, but our town and maybe even other places still don't have power. Even though the storm was terrible, Granny's radio, which must have been around my age and ran on batteries, was still working while we watched the news. The storm has completely flooded many locations, making them unreachable. The storm didn't bring wind, but it did bring water and rain that didn't stop for 9 hours. I was on the bed, looking at the candle on the table next to me.

THE MIDNIGHT HOWL

THE MIDNIGHT HOWL

////////////////////////////////////////////// POV(FIONA), I walked down straight to the beach in my uniform heading to the serving point, darkness had took over the day and the moon came to light it up, it was a full moon tonight, and it was somewhat special. I smiled at the amazing view of the tents, the tents were arranged with ranks, the first one was for the Alpha, the second for the Beta, the third for the Zeta's, the fourth for the Gammas, the fifth for the delta and I wouldn't call the last one, a rank, but I'll say it anyway, the Omega's tent since it was our serving center, the tents were half filled, and we expected more guests. The higher-ups were clanking their cups of wine whil

Hunting for Midnight

Hunting for Midnight

at the latest, but I stayed up too late last night finishing the final edits for my most recent video for my YouTube channel, Hunting for Midnight. Hunting for Midnight is a dream come true for me. The channel focuses on traveling the country where I document, interview people, search for, and record paranormal experiences and events. I investigate whether there is real paranormal activity occurring or if the disturbances are actually caused by natural events and circumstances. As of to date, I have yet to uncover single true evidence-based paranormal event. For the last four years I’ve spent investigating and documenting suspected paranormal events, there’s always logical and scientific evi

THE BILLIONAIRE'S BARGAIN

THE BILLIONAIRE'S BARGAIN

MIDNIGHT ******* Vinnie and his crew navigated the midnight streets. The lab had been a ticking time bomb, a fortress of secrets that they had infiltrated. But as chaos erupted and fire consumed the evidence of their illicit operations, they made their escape, determined to reach their usual hideout in the forgotten warehouse at the edge of town—a place where shadows masked their darkest deeds and provided a sanctuary from law enforcement.

Marked By Midnight

Dimming. “We have to reach him before the Blood Moon rises.” Draven’s jaw tightened. “That’s going to be hard, but we’ll try.” And so we moved. We cut through southern packs by road, hitching rides on trade wagons and quiet transport routes. At night, we stayed in rundown inns or roadside shelters, sleeping in shifts. The days blurred into one another. The further we traveled, the fewer people we encountered. Soon there were no more packs, just endless mountains and valleys, cold wind, and silence.

DIVORCED BY THE BILLIONAIRE, DESIRED BY HIS RIVAL

DIVORCED BY THE BILLIONAIRE, DESIRED BY HIS RIVAL

CHAPTER 118 — Midnight Is Not Safe The car was unmarked. That alone told Melissa everything. No logos. No plates worth remembering. Just black glass and a driver who didn’t look at her twice when she slid into the back seat. “Where to?” he asked. She gave the address without hesitation. Midnight had always been Castor’s favorite hour. He liked believing the world slept while he moved freely. It amused Melissa now—how men who thought themselves powerful often mistook darkness for protection.
