DYLAN "But you've been cheating on me as well," Gwen said, cupping my cheeks with her warm hands. "We've both been cheating on each other, which makes us even." I put my hands on top of Gwen's and slid them off my face. "We're even, yes, but also officially done. I want this to be fair for the two of us. I don't want to break your heart. Deep down, you know you don't love me either. It's simply an obsession."

The third one answered. "It tastes delicious." The second one said as he sipped his coffee in pure joy. ********** Gwen drove back home in her bike and parked her ride in the garage beside Gia and Giselle's cars. "You're back already?" Gia asked munching on the popcorn as all of them watched a movie. "I said I will be back soon." Gwen said joining them. Gwen had been away for an hour before being back home. The thirty minutes were spent in Brandon's house while the rest up above. Time flies fast up above, so it didn't matter in their plane.

Gwen asked with a hint of annoyance when she emerged from the restroom and saw me by the door. "I'm just making sure you're safe," I casually replied, wondering when Joanna's "surprise" would show up. I didn't think Gwen could slip away right under my nose when I was watching her that closely, yet she did. I scanned the surroundings, but her figure had completely disappeared. I had a feeling she had definitely gone to meet her lover. I pulled out my phone and booted up the tracking app to check Gwen's location. She was moving fast and was already a considerable distance away from me. She didn't slow down until she reached a small grove of trees.

“Why don’t you just admit you like her?” My jaw tightened. “It’s not that simple.” “Because of Arlene?” Ethan guessed, his tone softening. When I didn’t respond, Ethan sighed. “Look, no one’s asking you to forget her. But the Moon Goddess doesn’t make mistakes. If Gwen is your mate, then she’s meant for you. Maybe it’s time to stop fighting it.” I didn’t reply, but Ethan’s words lingered in my mind long after our conversation ended. ~ Gwen’s POV

Gwen I sat in the living room cuddled in Marcus's arms. I had missed him dearly. I hoped he would be staying longer this time around. He had come and gone for six months now, and it was almost as if Mason and I were the only ones that lived in our home. I was glad he was back but sad that Ingrid and Michael would be sharing our home in the meantime. I hoped we solved the whole 'organ stealing wolves' mystery, so we could move on with our lives.

“Gwen, please listen to me. That was all in the past. I truly love you now.” Rachel, standing near the door, rolled her eyes. “Oh, how romantic. But, Gwen, do you really want to spend your life with someone who only sees you as a temporary solution?” Gwen looked at Dominic, confusion in her eyes. She loved him, but the pain of this betrayal was too great to ignore. She turned, saying nothing, and walked out of the conference room, leaving Dominic standing frozen, unsure of what to do. As Gwen stepped out, tears began to fall, but she quickly wiped them away. She wouldn’t let Rachel see her broken. Yet deep down, Gwen knew her marriage was now hanging by a thread.

Mr Miller said, looking directly into my eyes. “What? You are leaving?” My heart was broken by the news. Why do all the men in my life leave me? It was Andrew first, then my father, then Ricky, and now Mr Miller. “I am Gwen. I have given it a lot of thought, and I have made up my mind," he said firmly. “But sir, what happens if you go? What happens to your house? And what happens to me?” I let out a loud shriek. He stood in complete amazement.

I continued when they both went silent. "I'm pregnant with his child and I don't regret anything about our relationship. I love everything about him and nothing will stop me from being with him. Not even you." I said strongly. "I… I …. " Astrid was looking at both of us like we were deranged. "You are fired. I don't ever want to see your face here any longer. And you Charles, I'm so disappointed in you right now. News flash for the both of you, especially you Gwen, you two will never get to be together. I'll do whatever it takes to break you apart." She said with a final tone and walked out of the room angrily.

She asked glaring at Maya who looked indifferent and unbothered. “No one you should be worried about-” “Gwen, lets go. Malcolm needs to drop his girlfriend off.” “What?!” It was enough to get Gwen distracted and away from the door. Maya reached forward shutting the doors closed while i reversed and drove out. Even with his little stunt it was better to get away from Gwen. “So that is the girl crushing over you?” Maya asked from behind and i drummed my fingers on the steering. “Don’t start.” I warned turning up the corner and pressing on the brakes.

Glinda explained. “Those this mean that we’re close?” Miles blinked. She smiled and placed the phone on the bed. “Your body is calling out to you Miles and so is Grayham’s. According to the legend, one more glitch after this experience and you’ll be both back,” I took her phone and kept staring. “What happened in the water?” I lifted my head and caught Miles staring at me. “Nothing,” I blurted. “Yeah. We just wanted to take a swim and then the glitch happened,” Miles added.
