Then, the White-Mouthed Talons Bear roared again and raised its paw to slap at the black light. The next second, a shocking scene emerged. With a swoosh, the black light pierced through the White-Mouthed Talons Bear's plan. Although it appeared just like a thin stick piercing through a man's palm at a glance, it actually hurt the monster. Next, blood splattered everywhere like a blood storm.

He glanced at me before replying. “Madeline, what I’m about to say might hurt you, but I don’t think the monster comes out on its own. I think it’s summoned. How or by what means, we have no idea. And as for fighting it, we first need to learn how. I had warriors on the mountain top the other day, and they were terrified.
