All of a sudden, the woman atop the spider spread her arms. The spider began to radiate a black miasma that turned into a defensive wall. All three of the Holy Archer's arrows struck the wall instead. The defensive wall did not crumble, and the arrows' energy was quickly absorbed by the black miasma and converted to become a part of the spider. "Oh, no. Why does this monster seem to have human-like abilities? How is it able to channel its energy to absorb others? There just seems to be no way to kill it. In fact, it will only grow stronger if it cannot be killed."

We were almost nose to nose, though I still towered over him, Alpha to Vampire Lord. Predator to parasite. My blood burned hotter. My hands didn’t shake. He was the one here asking for something.

At that moment, a towering iron-armored spider over six meters tall crashed through the gate, appearing before everyone's eyes. Its eight metallic limbs pierced the ground like sharp spears. Mounted on its abdomen was an oversized crossbow, glowing red-hot from its previous barrage, exuding terrifying energy.

The spider wasn't as big as the other monsters that Natsu have been fighting, although, it was still very big. The spider bent it's back and shot white silky webs towards Natsu. The webs stuck to Natsu back. As the webs touched Natsu back he shouted "ROS" but the webs was stopping him since it was really sticky. Natsu knew that if he doesn't do anything, he would be eaten alive so he shouted "Ultimate ROS" which shot him above the hole as the sole of his shoe and back of his jacket pulled out.

They had such an excellent bond based on their likes and dislikes. The real Monster had not yet finished, but had just started. She would awaken Luther's true monster. She would destroy him and his family. She would make Noelle's life an absolute hell. This is the second part of Monster. *********

It was tall, reaching half the height of the colosseum. “Woahh!” Mica exclaimed, dodging a web that came from its mouth. It roared in anger, going straight for her again. Oliver rushed in with his trident, getting close the spider utilized its spiked hands against Oliver. It was obvious the spider was really fast with its attacks, but Oliver was doing well keeping up with it. As expected of him. “It’s a Ravage tier monster, it should be easy if we work together.” Benjamin said. Afterwards, he went down running with his hands and legs, on getting close to the creature, he made a high jump transforming to his werewolf self mid-air.

Acasia I was away from Bastian and in the presence of another woman. It was difficult not to jump up and down with excitement but I acted reserved so I wouldn't scare Nikka away. Brunya had spoken aloud, and Bastian told me they could so I knew earth humans spoke. Another female named Mandy joined us. She was as excited to meet me as I was to meet her. She explained that she was a wolf and human mix and that Nikka was mountain lion and human. Since I now knew dragons shifted, I had no trouble accepting what she told me. I had so many questions about their realm, and Mandy patiently answered for about three minutes.

I ignored him and continued with what I was saying. "He had purple colored eyes just like the drider did. It wasn't as bright as it was during the battle, but I couldn't have missed the purple hue in them," I said. "There is no way that monster is a shifter. I saw it, it was huge and terrifying!" Justin exclaimed. "So what? I can shift into a giant wolf or whatever the fuck I want too. What does that prove?" I barked. "But it had eight legs and it was a goddamn spider. How can that thing become a person!" Theo cried.

The last thing I see is the faces of my family and friends and the last thing I hear is a desperate howl. The last thing I smell is the intoxicating scent I've ever smelled. The brown wolf moves away from me and I see a huge black wolf biting his throat. "Mate!" Screams Cassie in my head as she jumps up and down. As soon as it gets rid of the brown wolf, the black wolf turns to me and I am hit by the look in his eyes. They glow a bright blue, similar to my human eyes. But this is not the most shocking thing. He has a white spot on his chest that looks like a crescent moon.
