Monsters From The Mist

Monsters From The Mist

"I was so scared for you. Where did you go?" "You okay?" Xenos asked me. I nodded and smiled at him. Before I could reply to Adalyn's question, the principal spoke first. His voice was amplified with the help of magic. "Students. I'm glad to bring to your attention the retreat of the monsters outside the ward. Just as I had promised, the ward held, so be rest assured that you are completely safe here." I wasn't so sure about that. We still didn't know what that black mist in my room was.

CHASING MONSTERS

CHASING MONSTERS

“If Lucian is building some perfect army, where the hell are they supposed to go? Who trains them? Who hides them? The only place turning out warriors is Wildbourne Academy, right?” I shivered. “She’s right,” my wolf whispered, low inside me, stirring. Awake. “Wildbourne,” I breathed. “They do send kids there. Raised loyal to the wrong side. Monsters crafted to obey.” Shiloh swore under her breath. “Your grandfather’s legacy is garbage.” “Agreed.” A beat. “I’ll talk to Xavier tonight, you talk to Ronan,” I said. “We save those women. We destroy that place. We give those babies a chance at real life.”

Marriage To The Wrong Monster

Marriage To The Wrong Monster

I froze. How much does he know about me? My chest tightened. “You don’t seem to understand what’s going on here, do you, Celeste?” “Is this some sort of prank? Are you one of those sleazy YouTubers...where are the cameras?” I look around the room. Maybe I can delude myself into thinking none of this is real. “The mansion could use a little humor,” he muttered, more to himself than to me. “I made the right choice.”

Safe Between Monsters

Safe Between Monsters

WINTER POV The house didn’t feel like a house anymore. It felt like a war zone. Men in black uniforms moved through every room, speaking into radios, checking windows, securing doors. The shattered front entrance was being boarded up, wood slamming into place with sharp, echoing cracks. Every sound made my body flinch. I stood in the middle of the living room, arms wrapped tightly around myself, trying to breathe through the adrenaline still flooding my veins. Marcus had been here. He’d stood exactly where I was standing.

MATED TO THE RUTHLESS LYCAN KING

MATED TO THE RUTHLESS LYCAN KING

Mary argued. The ceiling above the monster suddenly broke open, and Anima fell through. She swung one of her morning stars at the monster's head, crushing it against the ground with one strike. The ground cracked, and Anima landed on top of the monster. “The house is under attack; let's go quickly,” Anima said as the monster turned into black smoke. “What is that thing?” Mary asked. The three of them began running through the passage, taking different turns and routes in the mansion.

Taming His Big Monster

Taming His Big Monster

THBM EP 165 ~DOMINIC~ The tyres of my black van screeched to a halt in front of a gigantic white paint house. The same house where I almost lost Alicia yesterday, the same house where the blonde fucker had her take his ugly shaft, the same house where his blood was going to spill today.

Oh my goodness, Author! I love this book so much. it has to be the best I've read in ages. the emotional rollercoaster, it's so sly how this book started getting madly interesting from the 30-40s chapters, ended so well and yet still got me bawling my eyes out. why did Chris had to go?...

Half-Monster

Half-Monster

I’m not supportive, I’m deadly. Her house is decrepit. The smell hits me on the way up the driveway. This place isn't suitable for human life. Rotted meat wafts from the trash can, and my nose is all wolf picking up subtle musks and gross maggot-covered food items. Bodies of the white creatures dance atop the wet trash can lid.

Torn Between Monsters

Torn Between Monsters

she grinned excitedly. Before I could try to understand what she was saying, she pulled me out of the room and took me to an open hall. The other monsters were already present before we got there. Each monster was in their respective group, and for the first time at this twisted academy, I got to see the teachers—and just like the students, they were all monsters. I could feel their energy without anyone needing to tell me. Surprisingly, Mr. Thomas—who claimed to be my teacher—was nowhere to be found. I tried not to dwell on the cryptic thing he told me about being something… forbidden.

Monster Can Love Too

Monster Can Love Too

“We need to leave the city.” “Good,” Alessio said, jaw set. “Because there’s something I need to show you.” Noa’s brow furrowed. “What?” Alessio’s grin was slow, dangerous. “Where monsters are born.” Noa’s blood ran cold. And the elevator groaned again. Footsteps. Not Dominik’s. Someone worse. A shadow darker than even Alessio. And Noa realized, too late They weren’t out of this yet. They’d just walked into the next nightmare.

The Mates of Monsters

The Mates of Monsters

"You're a hothead, Nicodra, and a fool." "Untrustworthy," he spits, "unstable... dangerous." "That may be so, but you're the one on your way out," I seethe and plunge the blade into his chest. He yells and coughs until blood spurts from his mouth and trails down his jaw. "It was your mistake-believing you were strong enough." He fights to make words, but the blood clogs his throat. "You're right. We are monsters, but not because we shift into ones, not because the wolf lives inside all of us. What you fear... it's the human."

This is a very good book and can be part of my Recommended List. And for readers like me who like to read reviews first before deciding if they will read the book, this is NOT your TYPICAL werewolf story if you’re like me who loves reading them. BUT it’s very worthy tackling the true concept of MATE

What a delight! Well-written, this story is an expression of the authors maturity in writing and in story telling. Internal dialogue and conflict of our main is the whole story, the tone slightly heavy. Great feminist lead, who has her cake and eats it too! Also the Alpha is pretty great too.
