Morgana's eyes flash violet, briefly broadcasting her anger and fear, before she turns, unshaken, to stare directly into Mab's eyes. She moves her gaze to the stage at the far end of the room. Still tied to the ceiling with chains of silver hang Gunner and Elaine Drake, the front of their clothes stained bright purple with the juices of faerie wine.
