I stood there worried sick that something bad might happen. “She will be fine, she just fainted from exhaustion. The moment she said that I let out a breath I didn’t know I was holding. I then turned to Megan who was in the room with her eyes wide in shocked. I went and clicked my fingers in front of her bringing her back to reality. “What the hell are you doing here?” I was now fuming with anger. They dare put Victoria’s life in danger when she could be pregnant with my baby! The first baby to be born in nineteen years, who the hell did they think they were!

I’m tired of my mother always playing the victim. “Oh, he would have called you, alright! He wouldn’t accept that you’re pregnant to some random werewolf. Do you even know who the father is? The pack member from our pack that saw you and smelled your pregnancy said you’ve managed to make the Alpha of the Luan pack take care of you. And I must say, I’m impressed. You’ve always been talented at manipulating people, but an Alpha? Oh my.” I can’t believe she thinks I manipulated Wesley into taking care of me!

(Rian’s P.O.V) 2 months later “Rian!!!!” Morrigan yells. I was in my office, having just gotten off the phone with Alpha Tiernan from Hallowed Manes Pack in the Human Realm when Morrigan comes tearing into my office. She braces her hand on the door frame to catch her breath, so I take this opportunity to scold her before she can speak. “You ran down here Morrigan? We’ve discussed this! You’re pregnant! You can’t be running or overexerting yourself like this! It’s not good for you or the baby.” I admonish while guiding her over to the sofa I had added to my office.

Rhys reminded. “Shut up !” I ground out and Rhys chuckled. My fangs were peeking out for sure. The true mate bond meant that I felt all of Nox’s pain and by the second time, I was nearly paralyzed. We were never doing this. I promise. Then I broke it twice thereafter. “Xayden. No more,” Nox sobbed, voice cracking. “Beta Nox, please push. You need to push out the pup. It will suffocate inside you if not delivered ! You can do this, Beta Nox. Please,” the doctor desperately urged but Nox had exhausted all his energy.

"I need painkillers...... I can't do this........." Rune looks at me as he says, "Your baby is almost here Queen, and you've already done the hard work, We're going to push on the next contraction." "Arrrrr" I cry out as Rune says, "Push Megan, all the way to ten with everything you have." I take a breath, but the next contraction is already on top of me as Rune says, "Come on, Megan; they don't call you Queen for nothing, keep pushing I can see the head."

She stopped. “Say it,” I said. “It produces double,” she said. “Each child received a full Lunara layer on top of the Apex foundation. Not half each. Full each.” She held my gaze. “Your children are not partially powered, Elena. They are the most powerful wolves born since the pack hierarchy was established. And seven people connected to an organisation that has spent thirty years trying to prevent exactly this have known about it since the meadow signal went out.” My phone rang. Damien.

The weight of Meghan's disappearance and the unknown fate of our unborn child pressed heavily upon me, fueling my determination to find them. With each passing moment, the gravity of the situation bore down on my shoulders, fueling a surge of determination within me. I couldn't let uncertainty consume me; I had to take action. I reached for my phone and dialed Meghan's mother once again, my voice steady but filled with urgency. "Mother, I need answers," I said firmly. "You mentioned that Meghan is pregnant. How did you come to know about this? And what is your connection with Gary?"

Please, push. His command comes with another debilitating cramp. A war cry breaking past my lips as I push with all the strength I have left, which is nothing. The light in my soul dimming, as I claw to keep myself firmly planted in this realm. “That’s it, Serenity,” Dahlia and Haley, cheer me on together. Falling back into my unexpected birthing partner as she wipes my brow. My lungs inhaling deeply before another holler of anguish and desperation break into the room.

I could hear the bed creaking as she continued to ride me, and I thrust harder to meet her every move; and I know I am coming, but I am holding on so we can come together. "I am coming, Ashton!" She mumbled. "Let us come together, Meg," I responded, and I felt Megan's body tremble as we came together kissing each other. I continued to thrust as I sprayed my seed into her womb, and I didn't care if she was not using birth control because I knew I wanted to have another child with Megan, and I couldn't wait to ask her to marry me.
