I must be tired that I fell asleep with my head on my table. “Have you eaten dinner?” he asked again, reaching for my forehead and pressing his lips to stop himself from laughing as he took the sticky paper that got stuck on my skin. “Sky would surely agree to this note,” he chuckled, returning the paper to me. I bit my lower lip, blushing at what I had written on the small sticky note. My boss is an a**hole! I scoffed. “Would I be reprimanded because of this?” I cleared my table, piled the folders, and took my bag from the file pedestal drawer.

Sky became overprotective after that night. He was even opposed to the idea of me going back to my work the next morning. Because, as he said, I need to replenish my energy that I exerted from that steamy night with him. I called to my boss to inform her that I will be taking a leave for today. Despite being embarrassed about informing boss about my reason, I cannot help it since as much as possible, I want to be honest to my work.
