Novel & Cerita My Stepmom's Daughter Is My Ex Light Novel

“So will you stay with her?” “No,” Spencer answers quickly. “You are my mate, my Luna, my world.” I smile and look at the tiny princess. “I think I might be second on the list.” Spencer smiles. “I’m sorry, but she is something special.” “Can I hold her?” I ask, looking at the baby’s mother. “Who are you?” the mother asks. “I’m your daughter’s stepmother,” I answer. Aunt Stevee and Luna both exhale and smile. Uncle Victor is stone faced and staring at us. Alpha has a soft smile and nods his head.

I felt like I was in a nightmare where everyone was pretending to be at a party. "Can I sit down?" I asked. "My legs are shaking." "Sit at the head table," Marcus said. "Lydia is there. Stay with her." I walked over to the table. My mom was sitting there, sipping champagne. She looked at me and then looked away. "You should have stayed in your room, Scarlett," she said. "He’s your son too, Mom," I said. "Even if he’s a step-son. You’ve known him since he was a kid."

’ I thought as I closed my eyes ready for the death to come when a memory suddenly hit me, it was like a vision cause the memory doesn’t belong to me. I saw this valley, it was filled with people who were happy. Everywhere looked so vibrant, colorful and happy. Then, I saw someone, my mother, she was at the outskirts of the valley with a dagger, whispering incantations. Then, I saw some soldiers matching in to the valley. It was like a killing spree cause they were killing everyone and everything in their way including the animals and any living thing.

Instantly, all eyes in the room turned toward the newcomer. I looked at the man who had just entered, then smiled at the fuming Derek. "Derek, you're not the only Hale son. I could never cancel the alliance between our families, but I can choose my mate. Derek Hale, I, Vivian Gray, reject you as my mate." Derek's pupils constricted as he felt our mate bond sever. "Vivian, what the hell do you think you're doing?"

She was happy and I was happy too , I just turned i9 last month and it’s been a few weeks since my mom met her mate . I guess it’s the mate bond that’s making them do all of this . My step dad is the Alpha of the blood moon pack , the most powerful pack in the whole wolf kingdom. I knew that the both of us haven’t gotten that relationship, but then , as far my mom and moon goddess chose him , he was the best . My step father had three sons with his ex wife who had also died while giving birth , they were three triplets and they were going to my brothers after this , but I didn’t mind .

The cycle of hurt runs deep, and perhaps, just perhaps, I can find a way to break it. “I have some things I need to finish before school tomorrow,” I say and move to walk past her, but she grabs my arm hard. “We’re not done here.” She hisses at me. Her hand squeezes tighter and I start to feel a whole new kind of warmth. See, it wasn’t just my dad and me who gained an ability. My stepmom did too, and hers was the ability to burn anything she touched if she wanted…including me.

I sit on the corner of my bed and open a book that May brought for me. It’s title is My Unbending Deal With The Alpha by xxJabami. It’s really interesting since the story is quite similar to what happened to me, the protagonist was accidentally transported to a different world, what’s shocking is that she is actually a werewolf! A Royal werewolf to be exact! I spent my afternoon leisurely, now all I have to do is to strengthen this body and of course think of a way to stop my parents’ assassination of me. I’m sure right now they’re thinking of a way to kill me, especially my step mother. That evil step mother of mine!

My grandpa, Victor, the former Alpha of Ever Moon Pack, slowly rose from his seat and walked to us, patting me on my back. “Glad you are home,” he said in a hoarse voice. My father Barnie didn’t stand up, but he was smiling warmly at me. Sitting by his side was a beautiful woman in her early thirties and she was the only one in this room who had absolutely no smile on her face. My eyes met with her, and a shiver was sent down my spine. That was my stepmother, Connie. My mom died when I was a baby and my dad remarried when I was 8 years old. Growing up I had heard many fairy tales about vicious stepmother, so I was terrified about being murdered by my dad’s new wife.

I exhaled softly, and said, “I want to talk to you in private, stepmom.” She glanced at her amigas, and said, “Mi amigas! May I have all your attention please?” Then five of her spanish friends stared at me from head to toe with a jaw drop, “Oh, your daughter looking so bonita!” Luzia chuckled softly, “She’s not my hija! She’s my stepdaughter….she’s the daughter of my late handsome husband.” They were all amazed, and one of them said, “What’s your name darling?”
