Beautiful Disaster

Beautiful Disaster

Her father humoured her, and at some point, they turned Marybeth into their camerawoman. When they reached the peak of the hill, Marybeth was absolutely blown away by the view. "The camp's right over there," said Mirko, pointing down below, and Marybeth could vaguely make out the colourful tents and several black SUVs. "Over there is the Moon Creek Waterfall," he said, redirecting their eyes to the sheet of water rushing off the cliff's edge. Her father pulled out a cigarette, and Danica snapped away on her phone while Marybeth took in the views, glad she'd made the hike. Braving the bugs and gnarly tree branches was so worth it now that she was here.

Rejected And Claimed By Her Trio Mates

Rejected And Claimed By Her Trio Mates

We rest for the night. If he sees the gratitude in my gaze, he doesn’t mention it. We set up camp on the shores of the lake as the sun sets. Hunting in the valley is slim, but we manage to nab a few rabbits and split them amongst ourselves. I’m snout deep in organ meat when Malix says, Do you think she’s okay? I mean, we left her alone in the middle of nowhere.

Princess Cromwell and Her Six Brothers

Princess Cromwell and Her Six Brothers

As the final word fell, everyone moved at once. Without the slightest hesitation, the crowd summoned their magical weapons. Blade light, sword shadows, Spiritual Fire, and malevolent energy intertwined into a sky-obscuring black torrent. With Mystic Vale as its spearhead, it surged forward like a sharp blade piercing the heavens, tearing through the clouds and hurtling toward the Mystic Mountains thousands of miles away. Mystic Vale stood at the very front of the torrent, eyes closed in concentration, though his mind had already sunk deep into calculations. He knew better than anyone that Carl was there in the Mystic Mountains.

What The Alpha Lost

What The Alpha Lost

(Damon’s POV) The old border outpost had been abandoned for years. Rotting wood. Broken windows. The scent of decay and neglect. It sat at the edge of neutral territory, a ghost of a time when Silver Creek and Shadow Ridge had been allies instead of enemies. Valerie had chosen it deliberately. Neutral ground. No pack advantage. Just her, and us, and the man she’d taken. “She’s inside,” Amara said. We were crouched in the tree line, fifty yards from the outpost. The moon was high, full, almost, casting silver light across the clearing. I could see the flicker of a fire through the broken windows.

Dreamworld Escape

I smiled at her appreciatively because her words gave me the strength that I needed. I had not been certain what to expect when I walked out the door, but it was not what I initially thought when I heard Camden talk about the camp. There were seven different cabins with a big firepit in the middle. Tables surrounded it. The best part was that this place was surrounded by nature. This was their camp in Montana. I could finally witness the beauty of its nature up close. The pine trees provided shade but did not block out the beauty of the blue sky above us.

The Alpha King's Hated Slave

The Alpha King's Hated Slave

“We will march out tonight and make camp at the closest hill to Mistwood Creek," Echoing through the whole camp were chants from fully charged werewolves and witches alike. Finally, Shadowvale raised his hand again. We began to move out of the camp. We got to the hill and set up a camp. “I would want to check out the village,” I said to Shadowvale. “I’m coming with you,” Martin echoed. “Me too,” Shadowvale added. “Alright,” I said. We walked out, leaving the men to continue setting up camp, while some were active in securing the rest. As we approached the outskirts, I could see the village nestled in a small valley, lights twinkling as night began to fall.

CHILDREN OF GODS

CHILDREN OF GODS

They grabbed a few hours of sleep in a motel on the outskirts of the city, then refreshed themselves with showers before continuing the long drive across the western states to the Mojave Desert. The smell of creosote bushes and cacti greeted him as they arrived at their destination in the early morning before dawn. They had driven through the night and finally had made it to the small campground that the family had used for years. No other campers were present at this particular place, so it seemed that they would have privacy to do as they pleased. None of them were very tired—they had slept in various intervals—and as they all wanted to get an early start for a day of riding, they set the

The Laurel Springs Emergency Response Team Series

The Laurel Springs Emergency Response Team Series

I'm still unsure of how this all happened, but I'll count my blessings, no matter how long this lasts. "I haven't been over here in the last couple of years," she looks out the window. "They've made it look so tame, compared to what it did last time I was here." We've come about twenty miles to the west of Laurel Springs. What once was woods as far as the eye can see has now been turned into nature trails, with defined marks to show you where to go, a campground in case you want to camp, and a couple of mom and pop restaurants that I've grown to love. When I see a parking spot open up at one of them, I slow to a stop, put my blinker on, and back my truck into the empty slot.

Take Me Back: The Alpha's Regret

Take Me Back: The Alpha's Regret

Cassie’s POV If there was one emotion that I was not familiar with, that would be the state of being nervous. In my world, it doesn’t exist. And yet… Walking into a lodge called Castle Creek, my heartbeat was in my head. This Tudor-style lodge is around two miles from the entrance of Mount Craigwood and about a two-mile drive from Moon Valley. I was not used to traveling outside the borders of our pack alone but I was left without a choice.

Melissa Holtzmann
Pretty good book with MANY ups and downs and new plot twists. Some loose ends never tied up, and a ton of incorrect pronoun usage in sentences or using the wrong character name that can make it hard to follow. Definitely want to see an epilogue to maybe close the loop on some side stories.
Bollygal
I loved the ending, but it was a bit rushed. I was hoping for some extra chapters, a bonus, or an epilogue. Is there going to be a book 2? I don't want to give anything away. But the ending seems incomplete. We need more, please!!!

The Wrong Night with Mr. Right

The Wrong Night with Mr. Right

The details seemed to match up—he was at Lovestruck Haven that night and he lived at Whispering Pines Estates. But like Heath said, there could easily be several thousand people at the campsite, not to mention the unregistered guests, the staff and the occasional tourists who wandered into the area.
