My Alpha From Hell

My Alpha From Hell

But the facts were all aligned in his mind and there was no denying it. The pheonix had always been a myth, a story that warriors dreamed of when they sought glory on the battle-field. Hoping, that someday the pheonix would rise and fight by their side, burning their enemies to the ground. People had always described the pheonix as a flaming bird, a creature of fire and destruction . But what if the stories had been exaggerated over the centuries. What if the pheonix wasn't a bird at all... but a powerful Ardanam rising from the ashes, spreading her wings, with the full majesty of her Soulborn power behind her. What if the pheonix, that creature of blood and ash, of hope and destruction - wa

Curse of the Wolves

Curse of the Wolves

Before the truth could whisper it’s way into the world, he cradled my face with one of his large hands and brought his lips down to my own. As I was swept away in his touch, in his love, I realized I couldn’t do it. I couldn’t bring myself to tell him. I couldn’t bring myself to say goodbye. Azrael and Orion returned with three creatures plucked from a fairytale, from a slew of mortal myths that were written off as fiction. They were horses with large, muscular bodies, but that wasn’t what had my jaw dropping. It was the wings sprouting from their backs. Soft, feathered wings that shimmered a million colors in the sunlight.

I love this story so much that I kept reading, not realizing it was already four in the morning, and I had to wake up to take my kids to school at 7. every story by this author is beautifully written and addictive, but I love the humor and the strong female character in this story the most.

Knock! Knock! Death On Your Doorstep

Knock! Knock! Death On Your Doorstep

It's as if the Mystic Ring is moaning in agony as it witness the cruelty of some of the people standing on its grounds. The sweet chirpings of the birds suddenlt sounds like a broking glass. The roars of the dragons are the ones echoing in the skies as they fly around in an uneasy manner. The boars and the deers are hiding even in the darkest parts of the Mystic Ring. The mythical creatures such as the sphinx, griffins and chimera are acting restless which makes them look like they're going feral. The trees are not swaying with the winds and refuses to go with the natural flow of nature.

Luna Rising

Luna Rising

My mother is a phoenix. I've seen the crest in the books I've read. The only people who hold that crest are royalty, but not just any royal. Maple is part of an ancient tribe called the Bird Tribe, or Celestians, and they live on a floating island in the sky called Altera that can be seen every one hundred years. Celestians or they go for another name, angels - are the only ones with light magic that can purify dark magic. I can not believe my mother is part of a Bird Tribe, not only that she's a princess.

Savage and Jacks—Of—All—Trades

Savage and Jacks—Of—All—Trades

This could be the largest flying animal she would ever see in her two lifetimes, with the wingspan almost 2 metres wide and long enough to make a small tornado wind. It stands tall and looks mighty with a long and narrowed beak, it has feathers red as human blood, and those slit-red eyes make it more mystical. If you take a look, you will be sucked into its beauty. If Sol Ming is seeing it at this moment, she will comment on why this bird has similarities to their mythical bird known as the phoenix. However, this is not the phoenix of their world, but only a king of the forest of this place where even Yuya was afraid to catch.

Shadowed Creatures

Shadowed Creatures

They gave birth to powerful witches who in turn created powerful covens. By the turn of the new millennium, other creatures had appeared. Created by other forces. Werewolves hunted alongside vampires in the night. The Fae, the most mysterious of all creatures resided in the dense forests within their fairy rings or in the still waters of the lakes and ponds in the forms of water nymphs. Gnomes and leprechauns set up home in the hills and wetlands. Other creatures which once roamed the world a plenty were becoming extinct. Creatures such as dragons and unicorns each were hunted to extinction for the magical healing qualities.

The Reaper's Pet

The Reaper's Pet

He was still the Etruscan Charun, the underworld daemon, but instead of a mallet to deliver finishing blows, this executioner carried on his back a pair of then folded wings that seemed to consist of a thousand iron feathers, like those armor-piercing arrowheads of the sagittarii; only each one of them is intricate and polished to razor-sharpness. I have heard of such a creature only in rumors: the Avalerion. Larger than an eagle and lord over all birds. Plumage the color of fire and wings and talons that could cut through flesh and bone. Only a pair is said to exist at any time. It was little wonder that the heralds would portray it as a bird without a beak – and without feet! Quite belated

"You're all correct. These are the skeletons of ancient divine beasts: the ancient dragon, phoenix, chimera, mysterious turtle, divine serpent, and divine tiger." After speaking, she pressed her lips tightly together, as if something had occurred to her.
