She paired me with the person that his family is the reason that witches are endangered species. Before 130 years wolves and vampires were in war, both of them they used witches to do their biting. Vampires had only four witches that they used dark magic. When these witches died in battle by other witches the vampire abducted a young girl and made her coven to do their biting. The witches that had allied with the Wolves got tired to fight a war that wasn’t theirs and they didn’t want to go against their own.

"It's your promise, Sevina... You must never break it." The words from the late Queen hovered in her head as Queen Sevina mused about her decisions. She had given her word to the previous King and Queen and it was a rule among the witches to always live up to their promise. If she did one thing that would betray them, she would lose her immortality and her freedom... she would be sent back to Mysticia and will no longer be given the chance to see the humans again. It was one thing she didn't want to ever happen, and that was why she took the risk and agreed to everything.
