And I’m the main character.” They both chuckled, relief softening their faces.

Natasha stepped backward slightly in disbelief. “No…” I felt anger rising inside me so fast that it nearly drowned out everything else around us. “What are you talking about?” The man from the tunnel answered calmly before the stranger could speak again.

Blair apologized as she hugged me. "Is that why you rejected him when he found out that you were his mate?" Blair inquired me. "Yes," I answered her sadly. "He was petrified when I told him that I was his mate and end up finding out his life with his Luna was a lie and his father was a liar, but in the end, it was too late to forgive him for all the bullshit he had put me throw now that my mom was dead. “No, father, I refuse to reject Micah as my mate, and refusing to go back to that pack with you.” I see that my father wants to say more but I held out my hand to stop him from talking because I heard enough from him to know that I just need to walk away. I heard him yelling but I just didn’t care anymore. Him and I were never really that close. I did nothing but disappoint him my whole life. I was never strong enough for him, and he always had me work out till my body just cried in pain. I walked back to the room to see the both of them sleeping with Myka on top of Micah chest. I just stood there in awe, and thinking how stupid I was earlier in wanting to not accept Micah as my mate as now
