We use it sometimes for pack events. Sometimes the local theater group performs out here, and every fourth of July, the school’s orchestra will perform as we set off fireworks.” I explained.

“How about we meet at Centurion Park? It’s such a beautiful day, and I was planning to feed the pigeons there. Join me?” Flora agreed, albeit with some hesitation. Centurion Park was known for its sprawling green lawns, ancient trees that cast generous shade, and a picturesque lake where people often enjoyed paddle boating. The park was a tranquil haven amidst the bustling city, a place where time seemed to slow down. She hoped the serene setting would work in her favor.
