Unbeknown to him, the call can only be heard by a Luna Puer wolf, it was the calling for every Luna Puer Wolf astray from their pack, and it was a calling for the Luna Puer wolf to assemble, to unite. It was a calling for their true Alpha to come home. Justice and Victor were standing up in the tallest point of New York, staring at the bright Blood Moon. Victor had pocketed his hands, his hair silver and slick. He glanced at Justice, “That was Jennie.” He nods absently at the moon, then he starts walking away. “Ready yourself, Justice. We’re going home earlier than expected.” Justice stares at the blood moon. “The Moon God, is it bleeding for us? Why is it so red? Is this an omen?”

The men nodded and got to work while the others shifted into wolves and darted back into the woods to find their comrades who had been wounded by the beast. Moon's call approached his cottage which was close to a hill at the other side of a narrow stream flowing down into the river at one part of the forest. He walked across the board bridge he had made over the stream to get to his own side. Although he would have easily sprinted through the stream if he was in his wolf form but he didn't really fancy getting wet when he was in his human form.
