I pass the baby to him. Niko cradles Angelo to his chest with one arm, the other going to the back of his head. “Why are you crying? Hmm? JULIE I thought it would be difficult to handle Nicolas' angry or possessive side but it was not at all like that. I am glad that he did not make any strange decisions without listening to me. Rather he listened to me calmly. And not only that, but he did not even push this matter further. He did not even interrogate me much about Dante. Nico looked at me, clearly ready to discuss something important. “How’s everything today?” Nico asked as he took a seat across from me. He didn’t wait for me to answer before continuing. “There’s someone who wants to meet you.” I raised an eyebrow. “Who?” “A mafia lord from the South. His name is Salvatore Romano. He’s one of Dante’s closest allies.” Nico’s voice was guarded, like he wasn’t sure how I would respond. I leaned back in my chair and thought for a moment. The mention of Salvatore Romano made me uneasy. Dante had mentioned him in a few emails I had gone through just last night, alongside the names of his closest allies. But why was he contacting me now?

“Angelo shouldn’t have died.” He looked shaken. I had never seen him like this before. He grabbed my shoulders and looked at me with desperation in his eyes. “You know what this means. Angelo is dead. Nico will become the head of the Bellini family, and that asshole won’t be easy to convince lending us more money. We’re already drowning in debt. If that drug fails, we’ll be under the Bellinis’ thumb.” His hands slipped from my shoulders.

Angelo angrily shouted as he pulled his hair because of frustration. He furiously jumped on the soft bed- trying to ease the boiling anger that- he; felt inside of him. Punching the bed several times, Angelo mumbled some curse words while hiding his face on the pillow. “Argh!” he shouted as he punched while kicking the air. “I’ll certainly remember what you did, you ugly Homosapien, and I will have- my revenge on you a hundredfold. You wait and see you perverted, ugly, disgusting Homosapien. You’re going to taste the revenge of this ultra handsome Angelo Ian Diano. I’ll make sure that you would beg for forgiveness for stealing my first kiss and for molesting my precious; lips.”
