He had gone deep into the forbidden black magic to be entrusted with the power to control dragons. I looked up and saw another maid run in. The lady kept looking backwards as she run in. I watched her bump into a couch. "Careful." I half yelled but it was too late. She had fallen down but her fall didn't stop her. She shifted backwards continuously as she stared at the door.

The air around her crackled with raw power as she turned back towards the attackers, her fear morphing into a blinding rage. With a scream that seemed to shake the very foundations of the house, Aqua unleashed a torrent of dark magic. The energy exploded from her, a violent wave of force that knocked the witches off their feet. The room was bathed in a sinister glow as the dark magic tore through the intruders, their cries of pain mingling with the howling wind.

He slowly unfolded them. Leaving what looked like a green rainbow in their wake. Brighter lights glimmering from his fingertips as he curved them in his concentration. His face written with tension and his lips murmuring as he whispered words too low for even my wolf ears to catch. Then he sent out a streaming green light from each hand, which wrapped around the base of the shack in both directions.

Nigal looked shocked and so did the people. “I see they taught you magic where you were.” Nazima did not pay him any mind. But she did act, before anyone could take a breath, Nigal was no longer where he stood, only blood remained. No bone, no other evidence was there for people to what happened to the man. As Nomar said this, he smiled at how his words seemed to jolt Alexander from his reverie. Alexander was startled. He raised his head up from the floor and looked around. This was no play. This person meant his words. He meant for him to rise up like a man. Suddenly, Alexander started to believe that magic still existed. Who else but a magician could speak this loud and clear in his mind that it would boom like this? It had to be magic. He raised his head up further and looked around for the person whose voice had sounded in his mind.
