Luna brushed me off. "Now you understand, why I don't like cell phones?" Luna quipped then strolled away. I can only swallow my spit. Failed again!

“We’re friends, in case you’re curious. I don’t discuss you with him. Your business is your business.” That bit me the wrong way. “You’re the luna of the pack, shouldn’t you care about the image you’re presenting to an outsider?” “I’m not going to be Luna for long. As of right now, I’ve stopped doing my job,” she muttered. I laughed at that. “What job? Aurielle-”

“It was Nate.” “Uncle Nate? But why?” “Well, I’m the current Luna and you’re the next Luna. You’re lucky Nick didn’t give you six guards like Nate did with me.” “You have six?!” My eyes nearly bulged out of my head. “Just wait until after you’re Luna. Nick will give you more.” “He better not.” I grumbled, leaning back against the seat, crossing my arms. “Oh stop.” El swatted my arm. “You’re being a baby.”

I have learned to embrace that I am not going to be alone in this. For today, we are having burgers and fries and lots of steaks. As for me and Zayn? Oh we are not going anywhere. Because he is mine and I am his. Oh, and also, Did I tell you that I am the new Luna? There you go, Scoot.

Of course I blush ten shades of red and Liam just laughs hysterically but eventually they untie it. I had already met most of the pack already but now I am officially their Luna. I am sure you already know that I have already signed the divorce papers. I am no longer married to your brother and I am no longer the luna of the pack” “You moved on so fast, Michelle” “I did?” I scoff as I take my fingers through my hair, “shouldn’t you be telling this to your brother? The one who brought his ex-girlfriend into our matrimonial home?”

"The more you push me away, the more I'll come back stronger." "Emily," I said, leaning forward. She leaned her head back, folding her arms delicately in her lap. I took the cue and leaned back. "Why don't you work for the new Luna? You're not obligated to work for me anymore." "New luna?" She wrinkled her nose in disgust. "The only Luna I recognize is you." "I'm not a Luna anymore. And you know that." Right now, I'm more of a rogue than a Luna. But anyway, that's fine. It's not like it's bothering me. I don't want to even unpack it right now.

My fist tightened, but it was of no use, no one is going to believe a word from me. “Killian,” I called, my voice cracking. “Please—” “Enough.” he silenced me again, sending deadly glares at me. I knew better than to say another word. “By my decree as Alpha,” he said, raising his chin, “You are hereby stripped of your title as Luna and banished from the Blue moon Pack.” My mouth opened wide, the tears I've been trying to hold in, fell freely trailing down my cheek. No, this can't be happening.

“If you want me to truly forgive you, then let the wolf live.” Nicholas was appalled. Was his Luna crazy? What is she thinking, defending a rogue? Does she know who this lady is?
