Brian POV The next morning, I head straight to my office, and as I do this, I try to link Anna, and she doesn't respond. I link my mom and dad. They verify she's still asleep and the kids are, too. I let them know what I'm doing and that I thought I heard the guy mumble a few familiar names. I thought he said the names of two of the most vicious and violent super natural beings ever heard of. It may sound weird because here I am being a werewolf, but we also have stories we don't believe in, and one of them is the story of Noctis. This was a group of six supernatural creatures that were not "normal."

"If what you are saying is true... help us. Help us stop him from breaking through." Noctis closed his eyes tightly. "I wish it were that simple, Killian." When he opened them again, the crimson glow within his irises had intensified violently. "Every single moment I remain outside the void, Nyxar gains more absolute control over my mind. I don't have much time left." He reached quickly into his black cloak and threw a small, shimmering silver crystal toward Aiden. Leo leaped up and caught it cleanly in his jaws. I grab a handheld game for Axar, and an instax camera and I set out to find Nox again. I am silent as I sneak up on him. I find him in the baby aisle, delicately holding up clothes and blankets. He is somber though, and he caresses each item thoughtfully. I notice he's chosen only neutral colors, and the softest materials. He has an armload of things which he quickly covers as I approach. I notice how he fixes his face free of emotion. Something is not right. We check out and I take out the camera, snapping photos of us as we stand before the building. Nox makes faces and holds me for some, in others kissing my head. In the last he asks to kiss my belly before we appear in Nomias's home.

Theo just about fell backwards out of Xavier's arms at the sudden appearance of Noah and his loud outburst. Xavier and I both growled at Noah but the little shit simply laughed throwing his hands up in a surrender motion. "Calm down lovebirds. You know your favorite uncle in the entire world meant no harm." He said smirking at me. "So who's this little guy?" He says leaning over the table to get a look at Theo. Theo clung to Xavier but peaked around his neck to look at Noah. I watched as he seemed to sniff the air and saw the moment he realized Noah was an Omega.

Stone as they waited for her to go on. "The results show that Artemis ingested a large amount of 'Nocturnis'. It's a neurotoxin that blocks the optic synapses. Her ocular structures are intact - It's a reversible blockade," she smiled. Diana's shoulders relaxed, Ace sighed in relief, and Lillian started to sob, hearing the news, Rei rubbing gentle circles on her back in an attempt to soothe her.
