Brooklyn followed Brandon into the tastefully decorated apartment, her eyes wide with astonishment seeing the luxurious apartment where she’d be staying now. She wondered why Nikolas allowed them to stay here instead of at Brandon’s friend’s place. Walking around, she explored the apartment while Brandon talked to Edgar. There were three bedrooms with panoramic views of the whole city. She chose a corner room for herself that overlooked the garden area of the condominium. There was a small walk-in closet although she didn’t possess many clothes.

So what I had in the other house, I simply sold and donated, keeping only what I needed. “A pleasure, I’m Hoscar” greeted the doorman smiling. “A pleasure, Luke Yunan” I replied back, received the key and was escorted to my apartment. The building was huge, with about 60 floors. Apartments with three bedrooms, very modern, the condominium also had a swimming pool, gym, sauna and an events room. The white apartment door before us bore the number 12054, which, once translated, indicated our location: the 120th floor, apartment 54. As Alex and I stepped out from the capsule taxi to the balcony, it seamlessly closed its door behind us and departed, leaving us at the threshold of our new dwelling. The door to our apartment swung open in response to the proximity of our smartwatches. The apartment, though modest in size, was efficiently laid out, encompassing a living area, kitchen, a queen size bed, and a bathroom all within 30 to 40 square meters (around 400 square feet). It was a compact space.

I asked as I scanned each apartment building we passed. “It doesn’t seem to be on this block. Let’s try looking in the next block over,” Robert replied. “It’s called the New Hill Apartment. The apartment building is dominated by gray paint and has a modern design. Ah, it looks like the building in front of there,” I pointed. “I think you’re right, Miss,” Robert replied. He drove the car to a tall, modern-looking apartment building near a convenience store and coffee shop. “OK. We’ve arrived. Let’s go, Miss,” Robert invited me.

The trip to Viola’s new apartment was a forty five minute drive, but barely a ten minutes to her office if she was to go from the apartment. So after driving for a while and passing through the familiar busy roads, she finally got to her apartment which was now her new home. They both drove their cars into the parking lot and parked it properly before stepping out of it. It was a luxury condo unit with only six apartments, which is owned by her father. Apart from the penthouse which was at the top of the building and now hers, the other five condos were already occupied mostly by celebrities and wealthy heirs who wanted to live a carefree life.

Wilson's POV "How's this one look?" Solene asked, sliding her phone across the table and over to me. "Three bedrooms, two bath. Only two thousand per month." I gave her the flattest look I could muster and she laughed in return. We were currently seated in Georgia's kitchen, scrolling through online ads for apartments. After explaining what had happened the night before, Solene had offered her help in finding a new place for me. She'd also brewed us a pot of coffee and stolen a few of the best photos from Georgia t's albums so we could get copies.

Finally, a place to call my own. I opened my group chat and typed a message. Me: Ladies, big news—I just bought my own apartment! It didn’t take long for the responses to flood in. Ariana: WHAT?! You bought a place? Tell us everything! Lilac: Yes, details, please! Pics or it didn’t happen. I laughed, already imagining their excited squeals. Me: It’s a two-bedroom condo in South Lake Union. I move in next week, hopefully. No more hotels for me!
