Destined to be His

Destined to be His

He laughed, shaking his head as he waited for a response. I just stared at him blankly. Shaking myself off that memory, I got up, “No, mine are just Meeh! Surely not as cool as yours, anyway!” I could tell that he still wanted to venture more into that topic, but I was just not...ready. “I love this apartment more; it really suits you.” I inspected the French inspired large apartment complex. It was truly breath taking. I kid you not. Noah had truly found a gem, in this busy city filled with old monotonous white looking buildings they called modern.

Hidden Legacy (The Lost Luna)

Hidden Legacy (The Lost Luna)

I could think of other more enjoyable things we could be doing other than this, but when Daemon gives an order, that is what we do. It only took twenty minutes to get to the apartment block. Ironically, it was one that Daemon's property development company owned. The five-storey building was relatively new, built about five years ago. Each of the units consisted of two double bedrooms. On the ground floor were some little shops, including a small cafe. "Shall we get a coffee before we start?" Adam asked. A new building meant lifts. At least we wouldn't have to climb up and down stairs. We went up to the first floor and knocked on apartment 13. A female opened the door.

Once a Doormat, Now Untouchable

Once a Doormat, Now Untouchable

"But… it's been so many years. I honestly can't recall which hospital it was." … That afternoon, Sydney went to the lab as usual. With a key medicinal ingredient out of stock, she wrapped up early and headed home. On the way, Tiffany called. "Babe, almost forgot. The other apartment? The agent said it got rented yesterday." Sydney had two apartments from the divorce, both in Haven. One was her current place, and the other was across the hall. With only two units per floor and two elevators, they rarely ran into each other.

I’m starting to lose interest. It started out interesting and exciting and now it’s dragging with filler chapters. No one knows how to actually have a conversation. So many things could’ve been cleared up with actually talking to each other.
Gena
so far I love how strong Sydney is and all she needs now is the devoted man to make everything else set in stone. she doesn't need a man but her having one completely devoted to her will make this story perfect, but it is really good so far.

An Alpha for Christmas

An Alpha for Christmas

I have drawn up blueprints of how I would like the apartments to look. The first two floors are going to be a mix of studio apartments and two-bedroom ones. the third and fourth floors are going to be two- bedroom and three-bedroom ones. And the fifth and sixth floors are going to be larger apartments for larger families. Each apartment will contain soundproof walls so that everyone will live peacefully. Every kitchen will have state of the art appliances and kitchen islands filled with pots, pans, and dinner plates. Every apartment will also be fully furnished. So far, only the foundation has been placed and I gave everyone the day off so that me, Blake, and Jade can help Maddie prepare for

TWISTED FATE: THEBILLIONAIRE'S FORBIDDEN AFFAIR

TWISTED FATE: THEBILLIONAIRE'S FORBIDDEN AFFAIR

Avita exchanged hello with other tenants who lived in the complex. She had lived in this complex for nearly a year and was well acquainted with some of the inhabitants. The apartment complex consists of six three-story apartment blocks. There are two blocks with one-bedroom flats and four blocks with two-bedroom units. The apartment building, she was staying in now has three apartments on each floor, with her and her partner living on the second floor and in the middle apartment.

The Hockey Playboy's Plus Size Obsession

The Hockey Playboy's Plus Size Obsession

It reminds me of when we were kids, before everything got complicated. "Come on," she says. "One more viewing. The listing said there's a dishwasher." "All the dishwashers in this neighborhood are named Miguel." "Shut up." I follow her out of the apartment. Jax The fourth apartment is worse. It's in a building that smells like cabbage and despair. The elevator is broken. The walls are thin enough that I can hear someone arguing in the next unit. And the bedroom is barely big enough for a twin bed. Jess loves it.

Tempting The Billioanire

Tempting The Billioanire

And Anna told them about Phoenix. She talked about the city with the particular affection of someone who had chosen to stay somewhere they had not chosen to begin in — the affection of ownership, of a place that was hers because she had made it hers rather than because she had been placed there. She talked about the light, which was different from Los Angeles light, more direct, less filtered. She talked about the studio she rented, a second-floor space in a building in central Phoenix with north-facing windows and a view of a street that changed throughout the day in ways she found endlessly interesting. She talked about the three clients she was genuinely interested in and the two she was

Goodbye, Mr. Ex: I've Remarried Mr. Right

Recently, rumors about these two had been circulating online, making many media outlets vie for scoops. "This new property developed by the Nichols Group is divided into two sections, A and B. Larger apartments with four to five bedrooms are in A, while smaller ones with one to three bedrooms are in B. Surrounding amenities include large malls, primary and secondary schools, and excellent subway and bus access. The landscaping is designed by top-tier architects, and the interior layouts aim for cozy environments, ensuring every resident feels the warmth of home," Juan said, squeezing Debra's hand. Debra took the hint and gave a radiant smile.

I'm looking forward for Debra to be more eloquent not leaving her speechless everytime she argues wt the scumbag Juan who's actually a super dim witted man couldn't see right from wrong. always having a college girl by his side for so called to gain experience n education? pls leave him ASAP.
Shajiah
I really like this book but why is it being dragged so much? Debra keeps getting herself in weird situations like the Island kidnapping and then her engagement kidnapping. I get the authors are paid by pages but if it’s too dragged then the readers eventually lose interest and move to finished books

When She is a He

When She is a He

But in this place, I don't think I'll make it. - See the apartment first. After, we'll talk about numbers. You may be surprised. Saphira was doubtful but followed Sousa to the elevator. When he opens the apartment door, Saphira is delighted. This was more than she could dream of. Her old Texas apartment, which she had rented after having to sell her parents' house, could fit in there twice. - This is the room. Unfortunately, it does not have an entrance hall, but the view from the balcony compensates for this absence. The porch is…

Sinfully Yours

Sinfully Yours

The new apartment is absolutely stunning. It's on the penthouse floor, so I don't even wanna know how much it costs. It has exposed brick walls and high, exposed beam ceilings, and way too freaking big for two people to live in. It has a stunning view of the park and the lights of the city twinkle brightly through the large windows. "Wow." Phoebe's mouth hangs open. Fucking wow indeed. This is the type of place you strive to live in one day, when you're really successful in your career and you finally feel like you've made it.

Frequently Asked Questions

A novel is a long, fictional narrative that explores human experiences through characters, plot, and setting. Unlike short stories, novels have the space to develop intricate worlds and deep character arcs. I love how novels like 'The Great Gatsby' by F. Scott Fitzgerald or '1984' by George Orwell can transport you to different eras or dystopian futures while making you reflect on society.

What fascinates me most is how novels blend storytelling with themes—love, war, identity—making them timeless. For instance, 'To Kill a Mockingbird' tackles racism and morality, while 'Pride and Prejudice' dissects class and romance. Whether it’s fantasy like 'The Hobbit' or sci-fi like 'Dune,' novels offer endless possibilities. They’re not just books; they’re gateways to empathy and imagination.
