Located on half of the first floor, starting from a beauty salon, a daycare center specifically for residents, reading, writing, and arithmetic courses specifically for children next to the daycare, a minimarket, a coffee and snack cafe, a Chinese restaurant, and a bookstore that is integrated with a children's toy store, and a fairly large laundry shop, it's completed facility there.

I have drawn up blueprints of how I would like the apartments to look. The first two floors are going to be a mix of studio apartments and two-bedroom ones. the third and fourth floors are going to be two- bedroom and three-bedroom ones. And the fifth and sixth floors are going to be larger apartments for larger families. Each apartment will contain soundproof walls so that everyone will live peacefully. Every kitchen will have state of the art appliances and kitchen islands filled with pots, pans, and dinner plates. Every apartment will also be fully furnished. The first apartment was encircled by flower gardens and trees in a peaceful neighborhood. With its soft-colored walls and spacious balconies the building appeared tidy.
