Craving Him, My Step-Brother

Craving Him, My Step-Brother

I could feel the heat rise behind my eyes, the fury swelling in my chest like a storm. "Did they say where the flight was headed?" "New York, private jet clearance. They used alternate documentation which was fabricated, but clean enough to pass." I lowered the phone slowly, my heartbeat doubling. Benny got away again. He had played me for a fool in front of my men and in my own home. He had walked into the belly of the beast and slipped right out through its ribs, dragging my children and Ivana with him. I let out a guttural roar and punched the nearest concrete pillar. Pain surged through my knuckles, but it wasn’t enough, not even close to how I felt right now.

Rejected by my Alpha, Loved by my Beta

Aurelia’s POV The flight had been silent. Rune and I hadn't said anything to each other since we left New Jersey, and that was understandable considering that we both were on edge. The best thing right now was to let it dissolve before it got worse, and so I ignored him. We landed in Cincinnati, and our luggage was rolled out of the private hangar by the stewardess. I didn't want to ask Rune where he had gotten the private jet from because I would be expecting another round of lies, and I was trying to avoid that. I was trying to hold onto this perfect image I always had of him since the start, but that was hard lately. But there was one thing I was sure of: it wasn't going to be long before

Waters Flight

Waters Flight

“Gather Alaska and follow. I won’t be able to fully make it there.” “I will follow you wherever needed.” Andrew spoke as he raced back to the bush and grabbed the little fluff ball. She barked happily to see her mommy who smiled at her. Andrew opened up his beautiful Midnight wings with a large smile. He missed them so much. Took him a second more to get in the air as he had to get used to them once more but it didn't take too long before he was able to keep up with the fast pace Anya had set.

So Canadian. If he planned to do this the whole flight, maybe she’d volunteer to take his coach seat. Flirting with her would get him nowhere, She’d been down the military road with one man. She was damn sure not going there again. Rather than encouraging him, she just stared at the book in her lap and chewed on her bottom lip. She flipped the pages when it seemed like enough time had passed. “We’re clear for takeoff,” the pilot announced over the intercom. Seatbelts clicked all around, flight attendants took their seats, and Nikolai ’s slamming heart leapt into her throat.

The Tycoon's Forbidden Desire

The Tycoon's Forbidden Desire

Chapter 13: The Resurrected Sister The flight to the Mediterranean was a journey through a frozen vacuum. They were aboard the Aura, Killian’s long-range stealth jet, cutting through the stratosphere at Mach 0.9 toward a private sanctuary off the coast of Sardinia. The cabin, usually a place of ultimate luxury, felt like a pressurized glass coffin.

The Cruel Alpha's Unwanted Bride

The Cruel Alpha's Unwanted Bride

{~~Avery Sterling~~} The flight wasn’t bad at all, a smooth ride that gave me plenty of time to think and prepare for the days ahead. I spent most of the flight reading, trying to immerse myself in a book to keep my mind from wandering too far into worry. Every now and then, I’d glance out the window, watching the clouds shift and the landscape beneath me change from small dots of houses to vast stretches of wilderness. It was strange, being so far from home, but I knew this trip was important.

The man is so cruel and mean. I really don't understand Avery. She seems like an intelligent person but she is a pushover unfortunately. I'll keep reading though, hoping she becomes fierce and kicks his ass.

Here to correct a review I mistakenly left for a different book with a similar premise. As far as THIS novel, the author really does a great job writing in a way that makes you feel like you're there. The FL is pathetic at times, but likeable as hell. The ML though? Pathetic is an understatement lol

The Billionaire’s Regret Clause; One Year Together. One Love

The Billionaire’s Regret Clause; One Year Together. One Love

The writing could happen. He looked out the window. The apron was busy in the particular way of an airport in the afternoon—the arrivals from the morning now departing, the planes being turned around quickly enough that the schedule could be maintained. He watched a plane taxi to the runway, pause, accelerate, lift. The lift was always the moment that held his attention on flights: the transition from ground to air, from one state of being to another, the specific quality of leaving the earth behind. He had been flying for decades, since his early business trips in his twenties, and the lift still moved him. It still produced in him a small thrill, a recognition that something extraordinary

Dear Enemy, You're My Mate

Dear Enemy, You're My Mate

I can hear the growls of wolves, but as soon as the bright sunlight hits my eyes, I spread my wings. "Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. On behalf of Finn's airlines, I am pleased to welcome you aboard flight number one with the service to get-the-hell-out-of-here." "Wow..." Maya's saucer eyes are roaming the meadow below us. Every flower is the size of a human streetlight, and some petals are glowing in unique colors. "So pretty!" Smiling, I gain altitude and race forward with tremendous speed. My limbs are growing larger, allowing me to head for the rainforest without worrying about the predators lurking inside.

I started reading it on another app and when authored moved to this app I followed solely for this novel. The development of the characters and storyline keeps you engaged. I look forward to finishing the novel but will be sad when it’s finished.

The author has a very vivid imagination. I couldn't stop reading until the finish. I will say I might make a couple changes to the story if I could but overall one of the most original and enjoyable books I've read on the platform.

A Flight to Freedom

A Flight to Freedom

" I gave a small nod, turned, and walked away. Jacob started after me, but Wendy clung to him with all her might, refusing to let go. I had no desire to deal with either of them anymore. I left without a word, booked a flight, and went home. When I came back, Jacob was storming down the street. He was red-faced with frustration, while Wendy trailed behind like a scolded child. I didn't know what had happened after I left, and frankly, I didn't care. I slipped the plane ticket into my pocket, ignored the sight of them entirely, and walked into the house.
