I complied, and gently shut her door for her. I stood in front of the mirror, staring at my reflection. I smoothed down the fabric of my dress, a smile playing on my lips. It was hard to believe that just a few months ago, I had been a normal wolf and now I am about to become the new Luna. I took a deep breath, trying to calm my nerves. In a few days the current alpha would be stepping down and Calyx would be crowned the new Alpha, and we would be married. Everything I had ever dreamed of was coming true.
