Teasing Phoenix

Teasing Phoenix

She must have read those in the tabloid. “He was a playboy. I met him and Abby, his wife. He’s Phoenix and Hawk's cousin from his mother's side. His Mom is Williams.” “And what Phoenix is doing here if he is from a rich family?” “They have a home here in Ravenwood. He moved to New York when his parents divorced.” My phone rings. It’s Phoenix. I can’t help but smile. God, I missed him already. “Hey, just landed a few minutes ago. How’s your mom?”

The Empress and the Alpha

Penn said seriously. “I want that too. And we're closer than ever, babe. I can't wait for our lives to actually start...our normal lives I mean.” "So let's get up and get one step closer to that hm?” “Let's do it.” *** “So what are Phoenixs like?” I asked Nova. “They're such kind creatures.” She smiled. “Gentle and intelligent. I'm sure they'll help get you what you need.” “Well that's good. The sooner this is over, the better.”

I love this book so much. I’m glad I was a beta reader because it’s even better than when I first read it. I love the dynamic between Zelda and her family/people - as well as her dynamic with Penn and Hunter. I can’t wait to keep reading!!

I thought Zelda would only be the funny one. I didn't expect it would be the same with Hunter. The way he was rejected and said that he would tell it to his parents was just hilarious lol. The humor of this book is not something to be missed. This book is a must-read for great entertainment. Awesome

My Husband, Warm The Bed!

My Husband, Warm The Bed!

After hanging up, Adrienne turned around to pick up the crime scene kit as she uttered, "There's a new case. Let's go over now." Looking at the dark circles under her eyes which appeared because she hadn't rested well for days, Jefferson was distressed. He stepped forward and held her in his arms tightly. He really wanted to tell her, "Don't think about work anymore! Let's go home and have a good rest." However, Jefferson couldn't say so. He put on the glasses for her and patted her back. "Let's go!" ...... Phoenix Hill was a famous sight-seeing spot in the northern part of the Paramount Area. There was a river named Phoenix River which flowed into the sea. This sight-seeing spot was just ou

THE MIDNIGHT HOWL

THE MIDNIGHT HOWL

The memories were still all fresh in my head and this time I couldn't escape him. //////////////////////////////////////////// POV(FIONA), I walked through the dark hallway leading to the Head office, it's where the higher-ups work, I felt weak as I bent slightly to walk well. I opened the door leading to the main office and the view was kind of amazing, the beta's and Delta's were chatting away, I felt this was where I belonged, I hid my face and headed to the Alpha Office. I knocked twice and waited, "come in", I heard from the inside, I opened the door slightly and walked in, he was seated on his Royal chair, scrolling through pages, and Quail was standing before him, with a file in her h

DON'T MESS WITH THE HEIRESS

DON'T MESS WITH THE HEIRESS

The people were writing their story at the Phoenix Center. The library at the Phoenix Center was like the heart of the building. It had arched windows that looked out at the North Slope. The green light from the vineyard poured in. Lit up the shelves. The shelves were filled with books about farming, old legal papers and handwritten notes about the soil. The air smelled like the cedar beams and the coffee that Sarah had brought from the Nairobi highlands.

MIDNIGHT DESIRES: A Collection Of Hot Tales

MIDNIGHT DESIRES: A Collection Of Hot Tales

The invitation had been mysterious, the address a secret, and now I was about to be the prize at something called the Midnight Auction. My breath caught when a tall man in a tailored black suit stepped onto the stage. His mask covered half his face, but his dark eyes scanned the room like a predator looking for its next meal. His voice cut through the quiet like silk wrapped in steel. “Ladies and gentlemen,” he began, “welcome to the Midnight Auction. Tonight, one lucky bidder will win a very special prize.” He smiled, sharp and confident. “Her name is Mia.” Heat rose in my cheeks. That was me. All eyes turned in my direction, and I could feel the weight of their gazes like a thousand tiny f

THE SENATOR'S PET

THE SENATOR'S PET

Phoenix parked his car in front of his parent’s mansion. The massive mansion was a three-story Victorian-style with modern detailed designs. There’s a Greek-style fountain in front of the massive mansion and the surroundings were filled with colorful flowers. He turned the engine off and went to open the passenger’s door and held his hand to Brooke, his fiancee. “Thanks, my love.” Her sweet voice rang in his ears, but it didn't have much effect on him. It’s Saturday and it’s their weekly family dinner. It’s a family tradition, the old McIntyre couple made it a point to spend time with family once a week despite their busy schedule.

Who's The Loser Heir?

Who's The Loser Heir?

—a testament to their cunning, their resilience, and their unwavering loyalty. The Sparrow Lounge, a discreet but opulent establishment nestled in the heart of Townsville’s entertainment district, was the epicenter of this quiet revelry. It was a place where the city’s most influential figures gathered, a neutral ground where the lines between legitimate business and the Phoenix Mafia’s shadowy operations often blurred. Tonight, however, the mood was purely celebratory.

Marked by Midnight

The meats were rich and satisfying in that deep, primal way my new senses craved, while the sides felt comforting and familiar. For a while, we eat in relatively comfortable silence, broken only by the soft clink of silverware. Then Shawn speaks, his tone casual but measured. “How are you settling in? Beyond the hunt.” I swallow a bite of salmon and shrug lightly. “It’s… different. More quiet than I expected. The grounds are beautiful, though. I’ve been exploring a little when I can.” He nods once, eyes on his plate. “Good. The estate is secure. You’re safe here.”
