They both look at me and Ryker grins. "I apologize miss, I'm Nyx, Ryker's father," Nyx states calmly. I nod my head and cross my arms. Nyx grins and eyes Ryker. "Mystrel has changed, some of Ozcar's darkness seeped into his soul, be very careful son, he is claiming the lady as his own," he sighed irritatedly. Ryker rolled his eyes and frowned.

And Mary was right, I didn’t recognize his scent either. “I’m sorry, what’s your name?” I asked the man. “Ulric.” “Which pack do you belong to?” “Yours,” he replied. Okay, let’s do this another way. “What is the name of your pack?” “The Crescent Moon pack.” Ulric said. He looked so tired, his eyes kept closing. That was my granddad’s pack. Did Helena mess his head up too much? “I’m sorry, Ulric. But I think you’re confused. I’m Alpha Moon from the Wolvin pack. I will contact Alpha Oskar for you and you can go home.”

Audra retorts as Alaric turns his gaze upon Ulric who’s sitting on the floor. Ulric just made a peace sign in his hand, as a sheepish smile formed on his lips. With that, Alaric just heaves a sigh in frustration. He is the highest among the Igetes, and everyone’s life in this realm is his responsibility. And now, two mortals should be out of this chaos.
