*FLASH BACK* (Ella explaining) Ella reading a book, that book is very old, by looking anyone can say it is more 200 years old, book is very fat with thick pages like the books using in ancient times. This book contains a different types of plants showing many advantages and there are some insects also. This is the book Ella’s father gave her telling this belongs to their ancestors and they are carrying, studying from it and filling their own research in it, Ella also doing the same.

Not that I was expecting anyone to be there seeing that it was late but at times, one can't be too sure especially on some things. ''Now, let's see what Lucas and his group reads.'' I murmured, walking towards a shelf of old books. I picked one up and immediately, the title caught my attention. It was about old magic of kings, queens and demons and somehow, I had a feeling that I ought to read that book. I didn't know what drew me in but soon, I found myself reading the book.

"Who was it or rather who are they? Who are those people bent on destroying the balance and throwing each city into chaos?" The lady exhaled and took out a very old rusty book from her bag. Seeing it, Andre raised his eyebrows in doubt. "What's that?" he asked. "Well, it's what you see. A very old and rusty book. Why ask?" she replied with her enchanting voice. "I'm just curious, okay? Is that a sin?" he whined. "Forget it. This book is what I found in a cave when I went swimming in the ocean last week." she explained.

“I just wanted to change the environment a bit. You’ve gotten your wolf dragon now. So there is nothing taking us back there.” Nyxoria looked down at the worn-out book still in her hands, her fingers gently running across the rough, faded cover. “So, are you the owner of this book?” she asked curiously once again. Ora stepped closer and gently took the book from her hands, flipping it open with practiced fingers. “What do you think?” she asked. “These are poems. Very old ones.” “Do you understand the writing? The language looks strange to me,” Nyxoria asked, tilting her head.

Then, to her surprise, he smirked. "You’re in the wrong section," he said, pushing off the shelf and strolling past her. "The history you’re looking for isn’t in books." Lillian frowned. "Then where is it?" Soren stopped at a smaller, locked cabinet at the far end of the library. Unlike the other shelves, this one was reinforced with iron. He tapped a finger against the lock. "Records of the old world. Kept here since the first Lycan king." Lillian’s pulse quickened. "Can you open it?

In the far corner is a sink and a crude-looking toilet. Hooks line one of the walls, all empty. The air smells like rust and dust. But then, something catches my eye. A shelf near the back, almost hidden in shadow. Not plastic packages this time. Books. Old ones. Their spines are worn, leather cracked. Some have gold filigree. Others are thick and bound in cloth. I move closer, squinting to read the faded titles. “Lineage of Power.” “The Lost Coronation.” “Treaties of the First Blood.”

"Mmh. Come, let me show you." I led him through the various sections, telling him all about my favourite books. Eventually, we came to a section filled with first-edition books, with the oldest dating back to the eighteenth century. There was only a small collection, but each one was as rare as the next. Some of them were only available for renting. I reached for a copy of Oliver Twist. “Have you ever read Oliver Twist? Sean looked at the cover and shook his head. “Nope. Is it good?”

As I read the first lines, I began to understand why it had been pushed away and left unseen. The writing was hard to read and very old. The words were strange, and the pages were filled with old signs and markings that were not easy to understand. Even so, as I read more carefully, I found parts that spoke clearly to what I was facing. The book explained the beginning of an ancient wolf. It told the story of a golden wolf and where it came from.

The wise words and advices of the old man made sense to her. Outside, the rain had softened into a quiet drizzle. The old man rose from his chair. He wandered through one of the shelves before pulling out a small hardcover book bound in dark blue cloth. ts pages had yellowed with age. He placed it carefully on the counter. "It belonged to my daughter." Elara looked up. The daughter word caught something in her. Why would he give something to her? The word sounded so precious. "She loved writing," she stared at the book. It was old, wrinkled yet contained lots of emotions.
