I'm an Omega. "But I'm an Omega"

I didn’t have plans, I wasn’t very social, especially with the pack ladies who always look down on me because I was an Omega. My phone buzzes in my pocket. Ah it’s Gloria. She’s my best friend. A gorgeous omega with short stature and even shorter temper. She has dark skin and thick rimmed glasses that go well with her round face. Her wolf has the heavenly crimson color that match with my brownish one anytime we go hunting or running in the woods.

Omega's really were completely easy. He looked up as he nuzzled into her hair and Jax took a quick succession of photos, handed Dominic his phone and left the room quickly as Dominic spun back to the edge of the bed and sat up, raking his hair out of his eyes as he looked at the photos with a conniving grin. "Let's see how you get on with dragon boy after he sees these photos." He put his phone down on the side table and lay back down, closing his eyes and inhaling deeply of the glorious scent of Aria's subtle Omega pheremones.

JOSH POV Now, I have my first question. “Omegas?” I ask. Maddie smiles at me again. She begins to climb the stairs as she answers me, “Omega is a ranking within wolf shifter packs. It is the lowest rank of wolves. Most packs have an abundance of lower ranking wolves, omegas being the most prolific. They tend to be the worker bees. Landscapers, housekeepers, child care givers, teachers, nurses, and doctors; professions like that who are all about care and repetition, emotional empathy, encouragement and care. They have huge hearts, and it is in theirs’s and their wolves’ natures to be attentive and nurturing to the other pack members.

I'm practicing the moves that Nathan and Aiden had taught me. It's been a year since I joined Moon Valley. This pack has given me the love I always craved. In Aiden and Nathan's guidance, I'm one of the strongest warriors of the pack. I have learned a lot of new things about my wolf. Aiden said my wolf is special. My powers are a lot different from some ordinary omega. He made me a part of his special warriors. 'Kimberly and Nathan. Come to my office right now.' We received a mind link from Aiden.

Athena's POV I had completely forgotten about Dante’s presence beside me. I turned to him with a pretentious smile and assured him, “It’s nothing to worry about.” He didn’t look convinced so I went further to say, “It’s the trauma I suffered in the vampire kingdom. I haven’t gotten over it.” His worried expression dissolved into compassion as he hugged me. I had to lie. I was an omega after all. No one wanted to have anything to do with us.

' I so hate that word! I hate these ranks and statuses. Whoever came up with them must have been biased or kidding! Just because these people are a rank higher than me, they think that they have the liberty to beat me up and treat me as their slave? This is so bad and unacceptable. I hate all of them with every ounce of strength in me! I'm considered an Omega because everyone else's wolves have already shown up at around sixteen, seventeen and eighteen while I'm already twenty one years old and without a wolf. Her, ones wolf is supposed to show up before the age of eighteen where one will definitely meet his or her mate.

Ash gasped with delight and Sara nodded with satisfaction. "Good. Sean, do you promise to take care of her when I can't?" Troy asked seriously and Sean swore to it. Ash whispered to the Luna,"He's a natural Alpha" "She's helping him feel the need to protect" Sara said as she nodded to Samantha. "That's why Omega's are so important. They can make a whole pack work together and make the Alpha stronger just by being there" Alpha explained. Ash nodded, understanding. Already she felt the pull to train harder and help her pack mates just so they could make sure that Samantha was safe and proud of her pack.

Zach intoned softly, "despite what you think of my pack not all of us are bloodthirsty monsters." "Just most of us" said a silken voice. A smaller wolf had come to stand beside Zach's huge wolf. This wolf was slightly more built than Zach, not quite as tall and a burnt orange color. I raised my head to look at him, his blue eyes danced, intelligence clear in his gaze. I started, this wolf was an Omega! Omega's did not belong in battle, ever, yet here one was. Not just that he was standing beside the Alpha, almost as if he had his back. "And who are you?" Jay ground out. Obviously hoping to use his Gamma status to intimidate the newcomer. The wolf just smiled, and did not give an ounce of ind

I choke out. “Will be faster with you around, but not exponentially.” Axel sighs. “He is, by definition, what we would call an omega. Someone without a wolf but who carries the genes and may pass the chance of a wolf down to their children. Jacob was an omega before I changed him.” “Does it bother you?” Maggie asks, pulling away. There is no judgment in her question, just honest curiosity, and I shake my head. “No, but I’m worried about him. How he will feel.”
