Love Me Till You Can

Love Me Till You Can

It will take time to start my proper class for the final year of college so today I decided to read a novel. I have a habit of finishing a book in one day if I like it too much. I can't put the book back incomplete once I start reading it. I love to watch movies and webseries and I watch them on vacation or on Sunday. Sometimes I go with my friends to the theatre to watch movies. I have many books on my list to read. Today I chose one romantic novel by Ravinder Singh Indian author. It's his first novel " I too had a love story."

One Night,One Claim

One Night,One Claim

Northern Wilderness – Dawn after the kidnapping Elara’s POV The forest had no mercy.Snow weighted the pine branches until they bowed low, forming white tunnels that scraped my shoulders and caught in my hair as I pushed forward. My bare feet broke through the frozen crust with every step sharp, wet cold that sliced into skin and bone. Blood from small cuts smeared the snow behind me in faint pink trails, but the pain felt distant, muffled by the emerald fire burning steady in my chest. It wasn’t just keeping me warm. It was keeping me alive. Keeping me moving when every instinct screamed to collapse. My robe was soaked through heavy, clinging to my legs like a second skin of ice. The wind cla

After One Night

After One Night

Third Person’s POV It had been two days since Fiona and Jordan got back to their place at Evergreen. Jordan had resumed his work and Fiona had not done so much. She had woken up from bed to find out Jordan left as usual without offering a word to her. The feeling something was off about him kept taunting her mind, but she shrugged the feeling away and carried on with her plans for the day.

One Cent a Day: My Mom's Anti‑Degenerate Plan

One Cent a Day: My Mom's Anti‑Degenerate Plan

I sent out a tentative, "Good morning." Though I didn't receive a reply, I did get a bank transfer notification. It was one dollar. Seeing that, I tried checking in with Dad again, along with Mom. "I'm heading off to class now." Once more, I received a one-dollar transfer from Dad, along with Mom's one-cent transfer. Staring at the two dollars and two cents I had suddenly obtained with so little effort, I felt tears streaming down my face, even as a laugh bubbled out of me.

This book has a great story line. Lots of mystery to keep your interest and twist and turns to make you read more. I love the main character strong female personality even though indecisive at times. There are errors and the transitions could be better but a good read overall. You will get better!

Worth reading. Has enough action to not be boring nor overwhelming. Great plot twists. FYI: several reviews mention some problems with language/syntax. An author’s note said it costs money to go back and edit. Look, MY English ain’t perfect, but I can understand enough of the story to enjoy it.

SIR

SIR

The best part of my day is refreshing GoodNovel and D****e and reading all the comments, especially because it allows me to interact with you guys. That being said. Writing this story was so gratifying, brought me so much joy, that I’m also not ready to leave that behind. So I am thrilled to announce my new story, “SUBMISSION 101,” a Professor/Student romance which dropped on November 26th on GoodNovel and D****e. It has about 10 times more smut than this book tho, so reader's discretion is strongly advised! Once again, thank you for reading, commenting, gifting and leaving gems!

Rejected by One, Wanted by Another

Rejected by One, Wanted by Another

The next morning, Lucy woke up before her alarm. The sun was already out, she reached for her phone on the nightstand, and her heart skipped a beat when she saw a new notification. Adrian: Good morning, Lucy. I’m still thinking about how beautiful you looked. Have a great day at school. I’ll see you tonight. Lucy stared at the message for a long time. She wanted to believe it. She wanted to believe that the shopping trip hadn’t just been a way to buy her silence, but a genuine turning point. She sat up and stretched, feeling a spark of hope. Maybe Adrian was truly changing.

Frequently Asked Questions

I recently dove into 'One Day' and was blown away by its emotional depth. The novel follows Emma and Dexter over two decades, checking in on them every July 15th. It’s a rollercoaster of love, heartbreak, and self-discovery. Critics praise its realistic portrayal of relationships and the passage of time. On Goodreads, it’s sitting at a solid 4.1/5, with readers calling it 'heartbreakingly beautiful' and 'unputdownable.' The New York Times lauded its 'sharp wit and poignant moments,' while The Guardian described it as 'a modern classic.' Personally, I found the characters flawed yet relatable, and the ending left me in tears. If you’re into bittersweet love stories, this one’s a must-read.

What stands out is how David Nicholls captures the nuances of human connection. The novel doesn’t shy away from showing the messy, imperfect side of love. It’s not just about romance but also about growing up, chasing dreams, and dealing with life’s curveballs. The alternating perspectives between Emma and Dexter add layers to the narrative, making you root for them even when they’re at their worst. It’s no wonder it’s been adapted into a film and a TV series. 'One Day' is a testament to the power of storytelling, and it’s easy to see why it’s garnered such high praise and ratings.
