"I mean, why all these spellings if there's nothing?" I asked my question randomly, not expecting what would happen next. The book shone, and through the lights, some writing showed up on the empty page that the book was opened on. 'The spells are cast for a reason. I wished I could ask Grandma what should I do, it was the first time that I had to find a magical solution on my own. Suddenly, I realized something obvious, there were tons of magical books in my Grandma's house, most of them at the attic. I got upstairs and went through them searching for something like “Magic – a manual for idiots”, or “How to use magic only when you mean it”. The candles surrounding me began to burn with a raging fire as the shreds continue to make their way inside my very being. I gasp in a sharp breath, still continuing to chant even though the pain was unbearable. I let out a piercing scream. The candles blow out, the storm stops and the wind calms down. I avoided his gaze in that last part. He laughed again. "Do you? What are you, twelve?" "Just answer the question!" He sighed. "Fine. There are no consequences." I looked up sharply. "What? I read through the page the spell was from over and over. Orion was right. There were no consequences. But... I looked at him. "What if I send you back?" I asked. "I can de-summon you, right? Most, if not all, students who performed spells had their own spellbook from home but it was handy to have them there in case someone forgot theirs. Both Caden and Emett had two spell books instead of one. The first was a regular one however the second had more advanced spells. They'd both received the book from the Psychic Elder as a gift the day before they left for Terlace. She believed that they were both ready to have the more powerful spell book and that they would do well with it. The advanced book was the one Caden brought with him to the Spell Room. Luckily for Caden, no one else was in the room. That usually wasn't the case, especially on a weekend. He certainly wasn't complaining
