Calvin snapped it shut. "You're tired. Go lie down."
She latched onto his arm, fake pout in full effect. "Calvin, come with me..." All sugary sweetness and manipulative charm.
But this time, he didn't jump. Just let her pull him upstairs, quiet and heavy.
The room looked nothing like before. Soft gold? Gone. Now it screamed in bold orange—loud and dramatic, just like Gianna.
Closet, corners, vanity—all drowning in designer junk. The wedding photo? Replaced with some cringy pic of them rowing in Venice. The whole place was Gianna-fied. Not a single trace of Angela left.
