I examined their faces and realized that I already miss them both so much. I looked into their eyes and sighed as I took a mirror under the picture frame. I also looked into my two eyes there. I smiled bitterly when I saw those two familiar orbs again. My eyes reminded me of my mom and my dad. My dad has green orbs while my mom has violet orbs. Me? Well, I have those orbs. A green orb on my left eye and a violet orb on my right eye. But when I became angry, both of my orbs became dark red.

When she lifted a lower branch of the shrub, it danced further back to peer at her from under a heavy leaf. Its eyes were orange. The pupils traced in a red outline. It was, by far, the most dreadful thing she’d ever set eyes on.

There, buried in the blackness of a room, are two orbs: bright green, luminous, floating inches above ground level. They're not just mere eyes, but bulbs. Bulging and unnatural, like someone stuffed glow-sticks into a toad’s skull!
