Athena

Athena

Iris shook her head vigorously, and both laughed for a second, but again silence swarmed in the room like clouds. "You know, Theia," Iris gently kissed her daughter's temple, "they say it's not wise to name your daughter after the names of the gods. But I did it anyway, you know why?" Athena shook her head, indicating her curiosity. “Because Athena symbolizes love, intellect, and battle strategy,” she sighed deeply. “I always thought you were my little fighter. Maybe I shouldn’t have named you after her, and you wouldn’t have had these many struggles in your life.”

Orphic

Orphic

Her voice echoed in the empty castle. "This looks creepy" Hadiya added scurrying after her stupid friend. Hadiya was the one paranoid friend everyone had in their friend group but even she couldn't deny the fact that Zoya's adventures were worth the risk. "Are you kidding me? Look at this- OH MY GOD...... THERE'S A INDOOR FOUNTAIN!!!" She exclaimed running off to the fountain she saw from afar. The pillars around it were covered with vines and moss and the pot of the fountain was all green because of algae.

The Devil's Fire

The Devil's Fire

He gave me a soft smile, making me return a shy smile. “You know, in Greek mythology, Althaia was the Queen of Calydon, and a woman of fierce passion. She is celebrated in an ancient story about the fate of her son, Meleager. When he was born, the Moirai, or the Fates in English, came to foretell his future, and they predicted he would die as soon as one of the sticks in the fireplace burned out completely. When Althaia heard that, she pulled the stick from the fire, put the fire out, and hid it in a safe place.”

Although the FL oftentimes annoyed me due to her stupidity and recklessness, I loved the story, the humor, the relationship between the characters and the sexual tension in all the couples. Great read!

The Reborn Game

The Reborn Game

“My dear, sweet Hera, I will see your wager, 2000 souls that Selene has finally beaten Poseidon.” Zeus looks to his brother, “I hope you are prepared. If you lose this battle, you won’t have any creations left.” Poseidon looks angry, “Your wife is the one who wagered 2000 souls. She is not a creation goddess, where do you think those souls are going to come from?” Zeus laughs. “She has won many side wagers betting on you. She holds about 5000 souls in her own right. You have a lot of faith in this Daria. She is the first of your creations to make it to her last life.”

Demon Kings Mate

Demon Kings Mate

"This is very powerful medicine we got from the Dryads" Leo narrowed his eyes, "From what?" Mia giggled, shaking her head, "Dryads are wood nymphs. They have knowledge about every herb and wood in the forest" "You went to Olympus?" I question, my mouth parted in surprise. The entire mountain was sacred and only for Greek gods. No one was allowed there unless it was an official business or the Ball hosted by them. They don't entertain guests because Hera made a strict policy about it. Just because her husband can't keep it in his pants everyone else has to suffer the rules.

I love the book so far. I just got to the chinese princess of chinese hell. For the bar scene, I wish she had done something like the following... Could I get some late 20th century catholic communion wine? Pre-blessed, of course, this is hell after all. Ordering grape juice in front of daemons...

The Peculiar Morass

The Peculiar Morass

Was it because of their plain-looking look or they are just too serious in their duty? "We're here. Stay here and I'll bring you back to the ladder. You should figure your way back from there." She watched him fade like a wind. She was just patiently waiting at the boat until he came back, this time he was with an old man's soul. They ferry back to the river of Styx. In Greek mythology, the River Styx is a god, a river that forms the boundary between the earth and the underworld. The rivers Acheron, Cocytus, Lethe, Phlegeton, and Styx converge in a large swamp in the center of the underground world, and sometimes this is also the case. According to Herodotus, the source of the Styx is near F

His Omega

His Omega

They both kept fighting while the pack and other members were panicking. “I am the Luna of this pack!” Leah growled and gave Anaya an uppercut. She couldn't believe that Anaya had tried to harm her. Anaya fell to the ground, and she was moaning in pain. “Did you kill Damon?” Leah asked. Anaya laughed so loudly and spat on the floor. “He didn't know that I killed him because, after all, he was in a deep sleep when I did that. He's mine, and no one can snatch him away from me. How dare he try to reject me because of someone like you? You are still an Omega in my eyes.” Leah gritted her teeth when she heard the word Omega.

Hades' Doctor

Hades' Doctor

She is a virgin goddess and is the sister of Hades, Poseidon, Zeus, Demeter and Hera. Dionysus : Greek God of wine, grape harvest, the ritual madness ( I like him.) and theatre. He is the son of Zeus and Semele. Thanatos : Greek God of death. (Better known as the reaper.) He is the son of Erebos (Darkness) and Nyx (Night). Demigod : The offspring of a god and a human. (Sometimes other mythical beings too.) A half God to be exact. The list doesn't end here and these are only basics, the charecters will be explained again as we met them.

Omega Rejected

“Lysa?” asked one of the Omegas he had seen, it was not the same one from the room who had turned golden. It was another one of them, his name was Kalte, if he remembered correctly. In his human form he was tall and slender, with a prominent nose and thin cheeks.
