FATES DOESN'T ASK

FATES DOESN'T ASK

I smiled, knowing why he was here. “Sir, these are the Treasury files… confirming fraud,” he said, eyes locked on me. I stared at his lips. Since Eryx left, I’d had multiple one-night stands… couldn’t resist my PA. But his looks? Okay. Not Kael. “Drop it. Leave.” He looked shocked. Normal morning would have been a quickie, “Are you sure?” “Yes. Leave.” He went out. I wasn’t in the mood—not because I wanted to cheat on Lior… we weren’t even dating.

Through Love and Instinct

Through Love and Instinct

"We're in your care. Thank you for welcoming and bringing us to this place." "Oh no! The pleasure and honor is definitely on us, our lord." Silver said smiling brightly. All of a sudden, someone from the back walked towards them clapping their hands. The smile on the paladins’ faces fades away as they stare at a silhouette of a bulky man, approaching them. “So this is the long lost prince.” Hamlet said looking at Shaun from head to toe. Hamlet kneeled down, put his hand on his chest as he bowed his head to Shaun, “Pardon my rudeness, my lord. I am Hamlet. One of the paladins of the kingdom.” he said.

The Alpha's Innocent Stripper

The Alpha's Innocent Stripper

Eude asked. "For the love of Inoss! You never know when to stop," Milton said. “Enough!” Rhobart bellowed. Ayla didn’t understand what Eude wanted to say but she wasn’t about to ask. Something inside her told her she was better not knowing. The King continued showing Ayla the rest of the Paladins. Pointing at the one with red hair, he said, “Tizgar.” “Gorn,” the King said pointing at the Paladin with olive skin and hazel eyes.

Frozen Heart (the Heart Series, book 2)

Frozen Heart (the Heart Series, book 2)

The others resumed eating. “Told you not to ruin dinner,” said a Paladin with mismatched eyes—the left black and the right blue. The Paladin seated to his left looked identical to him, except for his eyes. His left one was blue, while his right one was black. Both had blond hair and sat across from her. Ayla kept staring at the Paladins with mismatched eyes. She has never seen someone like them—O’reek, blessed by the gods. The one with the eye on the left eye black and the right one blue smiled, his gaze twinkling with mischief. “I am Eude. And this one over here,” the Paladin pointed at his brother, “is my ugly twin, Hudde.”

Rewritten Fate

Rewritten Fate

The emotions in his eyes were hard to distinguish. but I didn't look further for answers, those beautiful hazel eyes, once I looked lovingly had lost it's beauty. He slowly got out of their bed, the girl whined for him to stay for little more. He came closer My heart sank. Mind blank as a canvas, on which was engraved the words I heard then: “I,Ethan Brown, the future alpha of the pack, reject you, Thalia carnell as my mate and Luna of this pack.”

The Eclipse Vow

The Eclipse Vow

"You’re a long way from the Capital, tin man." "The Council wants the girl," the Paladin said, pointing his glowing spear at my chest. "The Beast is to be executed on sight. Step aside, Valerius. Don't make me add your head to my collection." "You'll have to take it from my cold, dead hands," Zade growled. He lunged. Zade moved like a blur of black smoke, but the Paladin was ready. He swung the butt of the spear, catching Zade in the ribs. I heard the sickening crack of bone. Zade fell to one knee, gasping for air.

Fates Exchanged

Fates Exchanged

To my surprise, it was Hansen speaking. He sounded pathetic as he said through the phone, “I’m sorry, Heddy. I was wrong. “Please forgive me? “I love you so much! I know you love me too! Now that I’m in trouble, you should help me!” I hung up without a shred of hesitation. How ironic. In my past life, I had been blinded by love for this freeloader. Now faced with death, he still thought of me as an easy mark. How utterly ridiculous!

Fate's Pawn: Four Horsemen

Fate's Pawn: Four Horsemen

"No, it is. It makes sense now that the others had multiple loves. Maybe they couldn't figure out what was going on, but I see it crystal clear. You're manipulating me to get what you want, Tydeus." "No!" Tydeus was on his feet again. "That's not right, it's the Fates that did that. I'm just trying to help you break this chain. I'm trying to save you." "How many lives have you helped so far?" Holly asked as Tydeus sat back down. "Three," he whispered. "And the chain isn't broken yet? Are you even planning to really do so or just help me kill the Sin and move onto the next one? How is Eros okay? Have you not got around to him yet? Is he next on your chopping block?"

Betrothed to My Alpha Mate's Son

Betrothed to My Alpha Mate's Son

He would ignore the apprentices, that was what I could perceive. "Could I kindly request your attention, esteemed comrades in arms?" Sir Hero Fiedge, a distinguished Knight Banneret, proclaimed, tapping his fork against his champagne flute to produce a clear, resonant sound. "We would like to welcome our apprentices who would be with us for a month. And with that, Honorable Knight Grand Cross Cretheus de Rosa would like to share some words."

My Love Until the Last Goodbye

My Love Until the Last Goodbye

"Unbelievable. That family went from sunrise to sunset in just a few years, don’t you think? Two or three years ago, they were one of the most powerful families in the country. Their businesses provided jobs to thousands. And then, they shut everything down and left it all in Frank’s hands—now that was a surprise." "You never know who you’re working for, sir. My own parents worked for one of their companies back in the day." "The Palmer family is finished. With Leonardo’s death, that chapter is closed for good." "Well… there’s still Peter Palmer." "Yes, but he changed his last name—Slovenian ancestry, remember? Legally, he’s no longer a Valentian Palmer." "So, with Leonardo gone… the Palmer

this is the most confusing story I had ever read. there are so many characters and flashbacks, you end up mixing things and no, you don't get to read her comeback because the story skips when they are way older like they are in their fifties? it's not worth reading.
