Paper Flower Ch 1 Novels & Stories

A heart shaped candle disc with red wax was throwing a dazzling glow on the bouquet of her favorite flowers. She forgot to breathe as her eyes settled on the soft velvety petals of Frangipani. She touched a flower, delicately tracing the white outerior then inhaled into the yellow interior, feeling herself transported into a field of them. She raised the bouquet and hugged it to her chest, her mind pondering over the fact as to how did Hunter know about them? That's when she caught sight of a folded paper that was kept below the flowers. Claire unfolded it and started reading it with bated breaths.

At this moment, Prince Eighth suddenly stood up, his eyes widened in astonishment, and he exclaimed, "Everyone, look!" Everyone turned their attention, and a black dot suddenly appeared in the middle of the pure white folding screen. Then, it transformed into three flowers. The music became slightly faster, and the subsequent flower grew larger and larger. What surprised everyone the most was that, following the movement of Emma's wrist, the just-drawn flower seemed to awaken from a deep sleep. It slowly bloomed outward, unfolding and expanding until it was fully open... Such a blooming process, under the focused gaze of everyone, was quickly completed.

I muttered, but my lips were already smiling. When I reached my chair, my fingers brushed against something tucked between the stems. A small folded paper. I pulled it out quickly, my heart was already racing, and I opened it. (You’re strong. You’re beautiful. No matter what you’ve been through. And I can’t wait to have you forever.) I pressed the paper to my chest. “Awwn… gods,” I whispered, laughing softly. “This man will be the death of me.” I turned in my chair, still holding the flowers, sniffing them like a fool. My wolf preened. Tyler always knew how to get to us.

If I walk into that room now, and he’s still like that… I might break into pieces I can’t put back together. “I will, but not yet.” He didn't say anything to that, just went to the drivers seat and started the engine. --- The bell above the little flower shop chimed when I pushed the door open. The air smelled of fresh lilies and roses... and maybe something green and fresh. My fingers touched every bloom like they could whisper to me. And then I saw it...a single white chrysanthemum. “I’ll take this one,” I said.

No, there must be something else, the mere grief is not enough to make a person of such good nature and good heart turn into the most tyrannical person that a person can be, and at such a fast pace. Holding the envelope in my hand, I took the both ends and proceeded to tore it apart, creating an opening for me to take the paper inside. The paper smelled like flowers and fruits--- whoever used this paper must be of noble blood and took great effort into make it like this. ‘But why would it be tucked so deep into the pages of an History Book? Why there?’ I thought to myself asi unfolded the piece of paper, getting ready to read the contents. Once unfolded, my nostrils were once again bombarded

She was trying to unlock the page itself. “Julian, give me your hand!” she cried. “The Key needs a Soul to turn!” Julian didn’t hesitate. He grabbed her hand. His blue light merged with the fiery red of the key. An explosion of purple light blasted them both backwards. The white page didn’t break—it changed. Darkness still surrounded them, but thousands of glowing text lines filled the air, forming a huge spiderweb of sentences. “It’s the Table of Contents,” Julian whispered, wide-eyed. He reached out to touch a line: Chapter 12: The Hospital Garden. As his finger brushed it, a fresh flower scent drifted by.

The gold flowers pulsed, and the watcher's attention was soft and warm. The story was not over. The story was just beginning. End of Chapter 183

He looked away and said confusedly, "I'm not good at telling jokes to make you laugh, so I have to give you this paper flower..." Emma suddenly burst out laughing. “Is this flower ugly?” Charles looked at the smile on the corner of her mouth, and his face became much brighter too. “If you don't tell me, I won't realize this is a paper flower.” She naturally accepted his flower, held it up so the light could shine on it, and then happily looked at it for a while. He leaned back in the chair, smiling gently at her amused look, "It's not that bad. I think it's as beautiful as you."

“Hey. This one is cute. What is this, Chie-chan?” Kiyo asked her friend while pointing the rows of pink flowers in front of her. These flowers were like tulips, but the flowers were lopsided or looking down, as if they had withered, and the tip of the petals were facing the upward.

I warred with that silly notion for far longer than I should before I got out, found the key, and let myself in. Closing the door behind me, I took a single step before I noticed the vast number of flowers-all the color of my hair. Beautiful orange Marigolds, California Poppies, Lily of the Incas, and far more I didn't recognize. Petals littered the floor in a path between the vases. Everywhere I turned there were more I hadn't seen. Each vase took me a step closer to the living room where Dan sat on the couch with something in his hand. My heart threatened to beat out of my chest until I realized what he was holding was paper.
