Paper Flower Ch 1 นิยาย & เรื่องราว

he said excitedly to the others. The one with black hair closed his eyes, covering the irises that were the same color as the night sky. “She’s here,” he said in a whisper. He turned to the other three, a grin on his face, and continued, “The Moonflower.”

Six egrets had bloomed in rows on a long dangling stalk. Hesitantly, Bianca dragged the earthenware pot closer. Then she took a card between the orchid's leaves. There was a piece of paper inside the small envelope, and then Bianca read the contents. ~ I'm not allowed to approach. So may this flower replace me. Can I? ~ A

The title page and table of contents looks normal, but I keep flipping pages to get to chapter one. Two more pages and I’m staring at the first chapter, titled “Finding a Companion.” I almost missed the title completely because my eyes were drawn to the center of the page where there was a rectangular shaped wooden box. All the pages had been cut through the center to fit this box inside, and there was something carved into the box. It was an image of the compass rose and the words “You’re My True North.” I glance back up to the first sentence of the chapter and it reads, “When preparing for an adventure, the first, and possibly most important, decision is who you will choose as your comp

Some were new, but most were very old. I pulled out a book at random. It was a collection of poems. As I opened it, a small piece of paper fell out. I picked it up. It was a drawing. A simple sketch of a young girl sitting under a tree. She looked happy. She looked free. On the back, there were some words written in elegant handwriting: *For my little flower. May you always find your way home.* The handwriting looked familiar, but I couldn't remember where I had seen it. I felt a strange pain in my chest. I didn't know who the "little flower" was, but I felt sorry for her. In this house, nobody was free. "What are you doing here?" To be continued...

I added the photograph to the end of the file. Labeled it: Unconfirmed chapter. Possibly imagined. Possibly true. But worth writing either way.

Olivera's finger throbbed with pain as she stared at the small drop of blood on the page. The circle, now darkened with her blood, seemed to pulse with a life of its own. She pushed it away from her lap, and shifted to the other side. Her eyes widened in incredulity as white smoke began to rise from the book, curling and twisting in the air. The scent of lavender and rose filled the room, a soothing contrast to the sharp pain in her finger. She watched in awe and trepidation as the smoke began to form shapes, reacting as if it were alive.

He said, "I picked it up on the ground. It's his thing." He patted her on the shoulder and stood up. "It's okay if you're too angry, but you even let Lady Cecilia Longhorn and Chang Yan go..." After saying this, he turned around and left. The rustling sound of footsteps on the lawn came from behind. Jessica looked at the thing in her hand in the firelight. It was a crumpled piece of paper. The golden light flashed, and there seemed to be withered petals in the middle. Jessica opened the ball of paper, 1314 and a rose petal.

I turn off the lights and crawl into my bed, tightly holding a carefully folded piece of paper in my right hand. The sweet candy-like smell of the freesia flowers is the first thing that greets me when I enter the garden. Once I find them I immediately take a seat in front of the beautiful flowers. I carefully unfold the paper in my hand and lay it down in front of me. The loose leaf paper looks worn out as if it's been held on to for a long time. The pencil marks have faded away but can still be read if you look closely. And the sweet scented flowers must be overpowering the ancient and rundown smell of the paper.

I am still not sure of how many pages the test will have. I watched him pass a load of paper by row. When I got mine, I noticed that it has two pages. I discerned a lump in the center of the test paper. I raised the first page and a flower appeared before my eyes. I looked at everyone. They seem to be busy reading every question. I looked back at the flower. Its color was red, its petals resemble spider legs. It looked elegant but also unusual. I lowers my head and smelled it. It was fragrant.

With a soft click, a hidden compartment popped open, revealing a small, folded piece of paper tucked inside. Flora’s breath caught in her throat as she carefully pulled out the paper and unfolded it. Her hands trembled slightly as she read the words printed on it: *Deed of Ownership*. It wasn’t the deed she was looking for—it was something else entirely. But still, it was a clue, a piece of the puzzle that had been hidden away.
