Everyone turned to stare at her, they've not seen her smile more or less these past few days. Kael glanced at her. "There she is." "What?" Zara snapped. "I was wondering where your smile had gone all these while." She looked away embarrassed by his statement, he was smiling at her now. "It didn't go anywhere." "It did." He argued. His voice softened. "And I'm glad it's back."

She held his arm, "Don't be so grumpy like an old man." "So, now I am old for you?" His brows arched with unhappiness. "Of course, if you talk like this." She leaned on his shoulder and laughed lightly. "Alright, then, you are welcome to do that." He sighed, encouraging her. She chuckled lightly and kissed his cheeks before praising him, "Oh, Baby! How could you be so cute!" "TIA." His voice turned intolerant, making her grin instantly and apologise, "Okay, no more clubs in the future, I promise, but can you please now smile, as we are already here and I don't want to waste our time on moody talks."

“Why were you laughing.” “My teeth weren’t even out.” He pointed out a fact that earned him a scowl from me. I was irritated because he was right. He had only smiled, I wasn’t even sure if what he did could be regarded as a smile ‘cause a corner of his lips had only curved up slightly for less than three seconds but still, that didn’t change the fact that he made jest of me. “So…” I pressed just to let him know that I was still waiting for a reply from him.

“Dressed like a spy intruding on the enemy’s territory.” A small smile slipped onto my lips. That was funny. “You smiled,” he said, his thumb stroking the small of my back over the hoodie. “I’ve never seen you smile, you know.” I cocked my brow. “That’s because there’s nothing funny about you,” I argued. He smiled, looking down at us, then back at me. “You’re not asking me to let you go today? Or… is this the right time to be stupid?” he asked with a huge smile.

I laughed on how the way she behaved. “Of course it does suits me.” “No, it doesn’t. What suits you is like this.” Then she lightly tugged my lips upward. “There. That smile.” She smiled beamingly at me.
