--- Day 372, the first joint patrol without any Red Fang or River Claw designation happened. The patrol was called “Valley Watch.” No pack symbols. No pack colors. Just the circle with the river and the fang. They walked the southern grounds for eight hours and returned without incident. No one commented on it. When we get back to the pack house to swap out patrols I see the next set of patrols eyeing me a little differently. They must have all been gossiping about what had happened through their mind link. Granted they cannot all mind link everybody like Dante and I can but spouses can definitely speak to each other and before they switched back into their wolf forms communication would have been no issue. So, of course, everyone knows what happened on patrol today. "Let's go! Let's get this patrol done so I can get back home and relax." I say to them all before turning and running off again.

Nick pov Patrick and I watch Lena cry into her pillow as we talk with Tyler. She burst into tears after our happy bubble burst at the news, and I was pissed. "She claims it is Patrick's pup.
