“Sasha Burnette, Game 51.” It made me feel a bit cruel, but I was horribly intrigued by the books. I could’ve sat and read them all day, living through the eyes of previous contestants. It was morose and sad that they had been lost to the games, but I actually enjoyed learning about them and their lives. As much as I wanted to sit and read Sasha’s entire book, I was pretty sure the restricted section didn’t have a check out system. Either way, the carving on the bookcase had pinpointed a specific page for a reason.

hello the novel is good. A 2014 interview of Kim Chiu and Kris Aquino on Kris TV went viral on social media in 2020, and resurfaced as a meme this 2021 The now-defunct ABS-CBN talk show showed Kris repeatedly asking “Because?” after Kim’s every answer, which she couldn't finish because she was cry

Absolutely loving this book and I 100% understand its not the only one being done but just wondering if there gonna be more consistency with updates? I flew through it, and now it seems like its taking ages just for 1 chapter and then waiting another while for another one. ADORING THE STORY THOUGH!!

UNSPOKEN BOND

UNSPOKEN BOND

When Lila finally stirred, she did so with a trembling breath and a pinched expression of determination battling apprehension. 'I want this so badly, Dad,' she said, her fingers quivering slightly. _'But I'm also terrified of what lies ahead with this Hunger Games fiasco," Wilkins explained. If I somehow fall or let that awful woman's nasty ultimatums get the best of me...if I fail-'_ Ethan lifted a calloused palm to cut her off, his gaze ringing with calm resolve.

ARRANGED MARRIAGE TO A RUTHLESS BILLIONAIRE

she shouted after me. I pretended not to hear just so she would shut the hell up. I stretched out on the lounger by the poolside, sipping a giant cup of pineapple juice while I read the first book of The Hunger Games. The house was empty and quiet since Alessia and Natalia had left to go shopping earlier.

Business and Pleasure (Hamartia Trilogy Book 1)

Business and Pleasure (Hamartia Trilogy Book 1)

What do I have to do to get attention? I try not to moan when the exquisite flavors burst through my pallet. Slowly closing my eyes, I let the fireworks of spices drown my body. I've never tasted chicken parm this good before. I remind myself to thank the head chef later. When I opened my eyes, chills went down my spine—no not chills, electricity. I'll be stupid if I won't acknowledge the sphere of electricity that has been flying around the room. I don't want to deny the fact that my toes are curling with the thought of Lucas naked. In my bed. Dark. Alone.

Chapter 55: Hunger Strike Fera’s Pov Days had passed and she never heard anything from Nick, Lora, and even Fred. No one ever showed up to visit her, she wasn’t expecting them to be but she was still hurt that no one showed up even though she knew she will make them leave. Ironic, yes. Lately, she secretly throws her food and eats nothing, she would take a bite but didn’t eat enough for her stomach. She didn’t feel like eating anything like she was full but not.

THE BILLIONAIRE’S SECOND CHANCE BETRAYAL

THE BILLIONAIRE’S SECOND CHANCE BETRAYAL

“You did this. My family’s paying a debt that never ends because of you.” The man reached out, his hand stretching longer, twisting into a shadow that tightened around June’s throat. “The debt isn’t mine anymore,” the Hunger whispered. “The debt belongs to whoever holds the Book. Give it to me, and time will move again. I’ll eat the pages, and the world will turn.” “If you eat the pages, the recipes are gone!” June choked out, clawing at the shadow. “The world will move, but there’ll be no bread, no life!”

FATED TO MY UNCLE

She replied and stalked off. Something churned in my stomach as I began to feel sorry for Pete. I had heard about Leia's reputation for mischief and violence. I just hoped Pete would survive what was coming. I turned and continued on my way to the library as I remembered Issa saying most of the books were alive.

if anyone had told me that there would come a day that I'd be so excited about the every next episode of a writers mind, I'd argue to any extent. but here I am feeling emotions from strangers who don't even exist....... kudos to the writer

The Boy who Circled Time

The Boy who Circled Time

The library wouldn't open for several tens of minutes, and Lila, already finished her bought lunch of a pasta pot and a square flapjack which was mostly uncooked with large, inexcusable clumps of butter sitting throughout the whole structure, with only one particular corner of the dessert containing any sweetness, the rest of the supposed, alleged treat tasting worse than damp cardboard. She had pulled out her borrowed book, one of the 'How to Train your Dragon' series that she knew would end with a cliffhanger, just like the last one, by the sheer virtue of needing the series to keep selling and keep as many readers as possible to keep spending money. Honestly, she wasn't even angry at the

ZEIAH : THE BATTLE BEGINS (BOOK 1) ENGLISH VERSION

I am Zeiah, I grew up thinking that everybody around me is ordinary and I am like them, but that's what I thought. I remembered everything, from the growl of that notorious creature, the slashing of the swords, and the explosion, all of it was clear. I close my eyes, quivering into the ideas which my mind could only bear. How I wish everything were just a nightmare. I let out a deep breath and found myself in the middle of nowhere.

Peeta Mellark's journey in 'The Hunger Games' is one of the most heartbreaking yet inspiring arcs in dystopian YA fiction. From the moment he's reaped alongside Katniss, his kindness and strategic mind make him stand out—like when he risks everything to camouflage himself in the mud during the Games. But the real gut-punch comes after the Quarter Quell: Capitol torture twists his memories, turning his love for Katniss into programmed hatred. The way Suzanne Collins writes his recovery—slowly piecing together real memories through painting—shows such raw vulnerability. It’s wild how he emerges from all this not bitter, but still baking bread for enemies. That final scene where he plants primroses for Katniss? Full chills.

What gets me is how Peeta’s arc mirrors the trilogy’s themes. His hijacking is literal brainwashing, but it reflects how war distorts everyone’s humanity. Even when he’s screaming at Katniss to die, there’s this glimmer of the boy who gave her burnt bread. And that moment in 'Mockingjay' where he asks if a memory is real or Capitol-engineered? Devastating. Collins doesn’t give him a tidy recovery either—the nightmares linger, just like real trauma. Makes his eventual happy ending with Katniss feel earned, not saccharine.
