Carolina knelt and offered the brush. “Yours if you want it,” she said. Penny dipped, chose purple, and drew a wide, wild arc over the wall. It was perfect. It turned into a mural, layer on layer, a record of every hand in the house. Eventually the other walls filled, wild with saltwater fish, stars, crows, broken crowns, weird animals, bright geometric shapes. Even after she scrubbed clean, the paint never left Xander’s hands. * On a half-melt day, with rumors of electricity returning to the grid fulltime, Xander took her on a walk. He claimed it was business, but the pack following them (Finch, Lyra, Morgan, and a tiny girl named Pip) proved it was a family thing.

She glanced at Charlie, curiosity and awe flashing through her eyes. Mr X just stared at the Pegasus. His Chester cat grin growing wide as he took slow steps forward. "What a magnificent creature." He said in a low voice. As if she had gotten enough attention, the Pegasus reverted to its regular horse-looking appearance. A part of me believed it was because of Mr X's facial expression. It was as creepy as ever. "Can she fly?" Falcon asked. It looked like she was still staring at the Pegasus, but her eyes were unfocused. She was still recovering from the shock.

Are you a penguin? WHO ARE YOU CALLING PENGUIN???! YOU ARE THE ONE WHO IS PENGUIN!!! YOUR WHOLE FAMILY IS PENGUIN!!! HOW DARE YOU CALL ME, A LEGENDARY SNOW DRAGON, JUST LIKE THAT?!?! The baby snow dragon badly wanted to lash out but she managed to take control over her emotion. 'I should not lower myself to his level. He is not worthy as to cause a legendary snow dragon like me to lose my bearings.' Besides, the snow dragon doesn't know what that penguin thing was about in the first place.

- I ask, surprised, staring X. — No. - Pandora replies with a huge smile. She touches X’s suit. - But we don’t stop trying. — And you only have Pierre? - I ask, broadening my curiosity. As far as I know, X only has one son, but he also said that his marriage is complicated… and from what I’m seeing is not that complicated. — Yes. - replies X quickly. He nods to another group and then says. — I have to greet other investors, but I’ll be back soon. - ends giving a light kiss on Pandora’s forehead.

Xander starts the engine and begins to drive to our secret destination, "Prove it." I look at him straight in the eye and say, "Pe-nish." The word leaves a disgusting taste in my mouth. "What's wrong with you? Do you have an S problem? Say it properly." I sigh, "PE---Nersh." He bellows out a laugh, "You can't say it! You can't say PENIS!" I scream, "Stop it! It's gross!"

He tried to revive me like he did the last time I was shot with this poison, but it didn’t work on me this time and he thought I was dead too. He screamed and yelled in pain, the same way Alexis was mourning his sister's death. But, Pegasus knew he could save me, he knew he just had to get through to Aurora and get her to respond. The cure only works when you shift after receiving it. The last time Xander had activated my shifting process by hurting me and forcing Aurora to come forth. She responded to his call that time and I was healed. But this time, she did not respond and I guess it has something to do with the fact that Xander is so pissed at us. We don’t know if he will ever forgive u

"Seraphina Agni, save our clan and come back safe. We need you, before our clan disappears, please— save the phoenix from crying..."

I started to pay attention in the direction that I heard the sound. “Hello?” I ask loudly. “There’s anybody here?” I ask once again, loudly. As I’m about to return to my books thinking it could just be my imagination when I notice a petite girl hiding behind one of the bookshelves, it seems that she’s afraid of me?. “Hey! That’s okay, I won’t hurt you.” I try to reason with her. “My name is Pandora, what’s yours?” I ask her with a sweet smile. “I’m Penny” Her answer came off like a whisper.
