Alpha Jackson was known to have built quite a few alliances, closing off most of the territory around them. The rogue, who eventually admitted his name was Peter, continued by saying their leader was personally interested in the Alpha female who is supposed to take over after Alpha Jackson had retires in the coming year. She was considered the prize. They wanted to see who she was, what she looked like, and how they could get her.

But that was a hard pass on herself being the one dry humping the reptile. She took her place on the platform near Esmerelda. Well enough away to where the snake wouldn’t make contact with her own body. She had once seen another snake bite Esmerelda’s left tit. Petra nodded and stood up, walking into her room. When she returned, she came with a white chalk and drew a circle on the marble floor. Sh stretched her two hands toarda the circle, chanting spells. Soon, the circle lit up in the same blue flame that had appeared on their arms. The fire appeared to be more hot than before with ivy sucking in a breath. When the circle had it up to a reasonable degree, Petra stepped back. “Step in.” She instructed. “Wha—” Tessa's question was cut off when Zeke and ivy stepped into the circle, refusing to acknowledge the heat.

Lucas nodded and his stunning face remained composed. "Let's head in," Lucas said slowly. Then, Tinkerbell and Lucas entered the Greg family household. Tinkerbell was the proud daughter of the Greg family. Hence, it was only natural that no one would dare to block their pathway. "Who is this guy, Tinkerbell?" A little girl, looking just like a clay doll, appeared before Lucas. That little girl looked like she was around 13 to 14-years-old and was a Rank 7 Evolved One.

I don't want to know really the reason why. A shock turned into a death stare from her, what know, megaphone? You're scaring me. Haha. As if that will happen, never. They looked too identical, tall, and dark skinned. “We are just leaving.” Hilda waved too. “Stay.” The curious one said. She had long light brown hair with big beautiful brown eyes and pointy ears that match the man standing next to her. “We have breakfast.” “You're elves.” Keondra stated. “Gee, what gave it away?” She smiled and played with her ears. “I'm Petra, this is my brother, Aethon.” Keondra looked from Petra to her brother who doesn't seem to welcome the idea of inviting them in for breakfast. “Are you twins?”

I sighed out loud but linked my reply *Fine* I huffed in defeat. I stood with Petra still in my arms. “How old are you, little one?” I asked her. “I’m ten” she replied shyly. “Wow! I thought you were like ten, your momma must be so proud of how big and strong you are. Petra, we are going to have Mrs. Brown look after you, while we go check out your Clan and see if everything is OK. Would that be alright if she took care of you?” I asked her.

"Petra's staying with Winter for a bit. I figured, the more the merrier, right?" Petra stepped over the threshold, her leather jacket brushing against my arm. She leaned in just enough for only me to hear, her voice a poisonous whisper. "Don't look so terrified, Drama Queen. Your secret is safe... for now. Noah made his point." She pulled back, her eyes dancing with malice. "But he didn't say anything about me not being allowed to play with you." She turned toward my mother, her face transforming into a mask of perfect, polite charm. "Hi, Mrs. Kay. Thank you so much for having us. You have such a... wholesome home."

I was observing the garden decorations making sure everything was in place. "I will be there shortly," I muttered, then glanced at Petra, who had changed drastically after being appointed to work with me. She was like a female Casper although at times she still showed her reckless self to me. "Don't you think the blue colour is more than pink?" I asked, wondering if it was giving away a hint. Petra laughed. "It is a balance, Brielle. No one is going to guess the baby's gender until it is revealed." She teased. I didn't caution her by calling my name without a proper address.

This was a trap, but for who? Or for what? “I’m sending a few of my men with Granger. The rest are going back to the Yarrow Spur Pack village,” Artyom says as he walks in my direction. His pale blue eyes shine like moonstone against his dark skin, nearly the same shade as his obsidian leathers. He rolls his lower lip between his teeth and looks around to make sure we’re not overheard before adding, “Based on the description I’ve been given, I believe the witch in question might be Petra.”
