I’m about to ask Jace what we are doing in a dark park and why there are so many people here but before I can the park lights up with rows and rows of Christmas themed lights and trees with snowflakes. Everywhere I look there is a different type of light. There are snowmen throwing snowballs, gingerbread men waving, penguins skating, and so many more uniquely shaped Christmas themed displays. “Oh my god. This is amazing.” I say holding my hand over my mouth in shock. Jace wraps his arms around my stomach from behind and pulls me into his hard body.

I stand alone on the icy field, turning back every few minutes to look at the road behind me.
