He nodded grimly at me as if we were co-conspirators taking down Nixon. Jerking a thumb towards the ceiling, he continued. "Cameras. Right at the fridge. This shit ain't gonna stand." "I'm gonna need a little more than that. What are you talking about?" "Some son of a bitch stole my Thin Mints from the freezer. I was saving them. My last box. I was going to take revenge when I became more powerful. "Looking for this?" There was no way I wouldn't be able to recollect whom that voice belonged to, the red haired weirdo! I turned to him and my eyes immediately zeroed in on the small photograph he was holding. Out of shock, I fell on my butt while staring at him with my mouth wide open. "I...um...I...," Were the only words I was able to say as I scratched my messy hair. "You know...for someone who claimed not to remember a thing, you think fast," Micah snickered and I felt my cheeks grow warm in embarrassment.

Mic shifts back, his smile placating. The smile of a man praying to keep on breathing. Archy, the goddamned idiot, only grins wider and nods. “Did you look at it?” I question Archy. “Check it out for me? Is she clean-shaven?” Archy swallows, his grin turning lecherous. “I couldn’t see because of her panties. Mic wouldn’t let me take them off her.” Back to the brains of the operation who slowly shifts away from his friend, too stupid to realize he’s gone from the lion’s gaze to his mouth.

“Everything okay there, honey? Ava taking good care of you all? Call me in the morning.” I stared at the message, heart pounding, body still leaking cum from three different people. The four of us exchanged glances in the dim light. This weekend had spiraled far beyond our dirty little secret and it was only getting more dangerous.

Whoever sent this knew me, maybe even better than I realized. Oliver leaned in, reading the message over my shoulder. His expression darkened. "Emily, this is dangerous." My phone buzzed again, and this time there was an image attached. My heart slammed against my ribcage as I opened it. It was Mikey. He was at school, playing in the jungle gym, his curly hair catching the sunlight. His face was lit with laughter, completely unaware that someone had been close enough to snap this picture. The timestamp showed it was taken *this morning*.

“Do I look like I’m kidding? Give me the mic and tape, and I will tape it on her.” Fine.” Mikey says as he opens the suitcase and pulls everything out. True to his word, Bryce tapes the mic to my chest and makes sure that no one sees me with my shirt open. Once my shirt is closed, Mikey walks around to make sure that you can’t see any traces of the mic. Then he steps close to me and speaks down into the mic. “Testing, can you hear me?” Mikey and I both have an earpiece in our ears. My hair covers mine, and I hear “good to go.”

I looked at Micah and said softly, "Micah, do you mind if I call you Micky from now on?" Essel burst out laughing, "Micky... I love Micky Mouse! Ms. Chancey, trust me. My brother is as smart as Micky!" Micah's eyes held disbelief.

The kind where standing in front of an open fridge pretending to be productive is the most I can manage. Half a sandwich. One sad tomato. A bottle of almond milk. I grab it. Just as I’m closing the fridge, a dramatic yell pierces the silence. “RUBY! Did you finish the almond milk again?!” Micah barrels into the kitchen shirtless, holding the empty carton like it’s crime scene evidence. His curls are wild, and he’s got one sock on like he sprinted halfway through getting dressed. “I didn’t finish it” I say, completely calm. “I just… finished drinking it.”

“You okay?” Opened my eyes, and found him staring at me curiously, “I’m fine. Did you smell that, an overwhelming smell of fresh pine and waterfalls?” I could still taste it on my tongue. Micah cocked an eyebrow. “You’ve lost your mind. There is no such smell here, maybe you should go downtown there is a problem I need to be fixed.
