Role Play (English)

Role Play (English)

Sofia Lorie Andres is a 22-year-old former volleyball player who left behind everything because of her unrequited love. She turned her back on everyone to forget the pain and embarrassment she felt because of a woman she loved so much even though she was only considered a best friend. None other than Kristine Aragon, a 23-year-old famous volleyball player in the Philippines. Her best friend caused her heart to beat but was later destroyed. All Sofia Lorie knew Kristine was the only one who caused it all. She is the root cause of why there is a rift between the two of them. Sofia thought about everything they talked about can easily be handled by her, but failed. Because everything she thought was wrong. After two years of her healing process, she also thought of returning to the Philippines and facing everything she left behind. She was ready for what would happen to her when she returned, but the truth wasn’t. Especially when she found out that the woman she once loved was involved in an accident that caused her memories to be erased. The effect was huge, but she tried not to show others how she felt after knowing everything about it. Until she got to the point where she would do the cause of her previous heartache, Role Play. Since she and Rad were determined, they did Role Play, but destiny was too playful for her. She was confused about what was happening, but only one thing came to her mind at those times. She will never do it again because, in the end, she will still be the loser. She is tired of the Role Play game, which she has lost several times. Will the day come when she will feel real love without the slightest pretense?

Forbidden: My Stepbrother, My Mate

Forbidden: My Stepbrother, My Mate

“You're my mate," Kyle whispered, his eyes flashing gold in the dim light. I stumbled backward. "That's impossible. We're about to be family." "I know. But the bond doesn't care about that." He's supposed to be her future stepbrother. In four weeks, their parents are moving in together, and Kyle will be family. Off-limits. Forbidden. The bond between them is instant. It's the kind of love that can't be ignored, can't be denied. When Kyle looks at her, Ella feels it in her bones, this is forever. This is fate. Except fate has never been crueler. How can they be together when being together means destroying their family? When every stolen glance across the dinner table is a secret they have to keep? When loving each other means breaking their parents' hearts? She has two mates. A Triad Bond. So rare, most wolves think it's just a myth. But it's real, and it's hers, and now Ella has an impossible choice to make. Kyle is her first bond, her strongest connection. Losing him could break them both. But loving him means hiding, lying, living in the shadows of their own family. Jason offers her something different. With him, there are no secrets. No forbidden touches. No family dinners where she has to pretend her heart doesn't belong to the boy sitting across from her. Jason can give her everything Kyle can't, a normal life, a real future, a love she doesn't have to hide. But choosing one mate means hurting the other. And the full moon is coming and time is running out. And Ella is about to learn that when you're bonded to two Alphas, love isn't about choosing the right person.

The Hunter'S Mate

The Hunter'S Mate

Growing up, I always knew supernatural creatures were real. I could spot a vampire in an instant, or sense when something otherworldly was near. What baffled me was that I was stronger than all of them. At first, I believed I was one of them, but the more I learned about their kind, the more I doubted I belonged to any of their races. Eventually, I gave up searching for answers and settled into a human life, hiding in plain sight. Everything changed the day I met my mate—a warlock from the witches' coven and a notorious mermaid hunter. Through him, I began to unravel the truth about myself and discovered a destiny far greater than I could have imagined.

Great read! Especially for a new author. Interesting story that kept me engaged. Loved the slow introduction of characters that allowed me to get to know each one. However, if you are looking for steamy bedroom scenes, you will find this lacking.

Tokyo Love Letter - Hibiki (English)

Tokyo Love Letter - Hibiki (English)

In the middle of Tokyo’s relentless rush, two strangers cross paths—by accident, in the most ridiculous way, and at the most unexpected moment—yet it feels as if the universe had quietly arranged it all. What follows are hesitant steps, faltering words, and small messages that slowly create a warm, quiet space between them. Tokyo Love Letter: Hibiki is a story where silence speaks, where ordinary days suddenly begin to matter, and where someone appears out of nowhere… only to become a place to return to, and a space to simply be oneself. This isn’t a story about falling in love quickly, but about feeling it grow—quietly, unexpectedly—through coincidences, through distance, and through the little things we never meant to hold on to.

He Plays Dead, and I Make It Real

He Plays Dead, and I Make It Real

Three months after my husband, Josiah Erikson, disappears in a skiing accident, I spot him in a bar. He's laughing freely with an arm slung casually around his "best friend", Monica Jones' shoulders. "Good thing you came up with the idea. I'd almost forgotten what freedom feels like." One after another, his buddies clink glasses with him and ask about when he plans to reappear. He looks down and thinks about it before saying, "In a week. I'll show up once she's gone completely crazy searching for me." Standing in the shadows, I watch him savor his freedom, then call my friend who works at the state vital records office.

Feather Drifting in the Wind

After Caesar Shepherd went overseas with his lover, Florence Lane, about a month passed with no news about Ivy Rivers. Only then did Caesar realize something was wrong. When he had time, he gave his secretary, Morgan, a call. "How's the wound on Ivy's leg? Is she still angry at me for taking her skin for Florence's skin graft?" The opposite side of the line was quiet for a long time. Then, Morgan said softly, "Ms. Rivers was discharged from the hospital and left the residence a month ago." Caesar finally remembered Ivy's eyes full of despair and determination on the day he protected Florence in his arms when the hotel collapsed. That wasn't sorrow. No. That was goodbye.
