It was a sharp, burning ache that shot straight to my heart, making me gasp in pain. The pain was unbearable, not just physical but emotional. It felt like my heart was being torn apart, and I cried out in agony, clutching my chest. "Keilah, what's happening?" Dahlia asked urgently. Unable to speak through the pain, I managed only a choked response. "I don't know what's happening to me," I gasped, clutching my chest and neck where Ralph's mark throbbed. The ache felt as if it could rip me apart.

Because he was pretty! What she didn't expect was that she would fall so deep for him. And one day, one unfaithful day when he had broke up with her in public and said all of those hurtful words to her, when... Diana closed her eyes, forcing herself not to think about it. She rinsed her body, got out of the tub and dressed up for the day.

But I didn't want to deal with either of them ever again. I turned off my phone and stuffed it into my pocket. My heart felt calm. As the plane slowly lifted off the ground, the city below grew smaller and smaller until I could no longer make out its shape. All those painful memories faded along with it. The wounds left by family, the heartbreak from love… They would all fade with time. Vincent wouldn't leave Emily, and he definitely wouldn't fly overseas to find me. As for my dad, he'd just stay home, drinking and screaming at me and at my mom, who had long since passed.

The tears flowed freely, staining my cheeks with their salty remnants as my heart cried out in the silence of my apartment. I felt the ache deep within my chest, a searing pain that seemed to radiate through every fiber of my being. It was a heartbreak that went beyond the realm of lost love or shattered dreams. It was a soul-deep ache, an emptiness that threatened to engulf me in its all-consuming darkness.

It doesn't suit any line of those poems. A stranger? Yes. I am the stranger here. But since I am a human too. Can't he be a little considered for my heart? Why is he so eager to break it like he is breaking some candy glass?

AMY'S POV Heartache . Heartaches are one of the worst things that could happen to a lover . I know , right? How many of us have been through all that ? We got cheated . We got betrayed . We got broken and moreover we all got what we deserved . That's what everyone thinks but no we didn't deserve this . What did we exactly do to deserve such a fatal fate ? Could it be that he got fed up with me or he lost interest in me but there again if my own family left me why won't someone I met not long ago. Thinking of this I did not notice the droplets of water that flowed through my eyes . You never really know how much someone means to you until you loose that person .
