“Alright, thank you. Mrs. Andres… Or should I call you, Ms. Santos?” Anim na taon silang kasal, ngunit kahit minsan ay hindi naramdaman ni Lorain na minahal siya ng lalaki. Ngayon na napirmahan na niya ang divorce paper na nais ng asawa, pinili niyang lumayo. Pero paano kung sa pagbalik niya sa pilipinas ay muli silang magkita? “How dare you to touch my wife?” Mariin na sabi ni Jake sa lalaking kahalikan ni Lorain sa bar. Pagak na napatawa si Lorain,asawa… Wala akong asawa.

"Talaga ba? Ilan ang gusto mo? makapito tayo sa isang gabi? Sige, humanda ka sa akin pag uwi---" hindi na nito naituloy ang sinasabi dahil agad niya itong sinagot. "Sino namang may sabing uuwian pa kita? ano ako, baliw?" kaagad pinutol ni Maureen ang tawag na iyon. Alam niyang galit na galit ito sa kanya. Subalit pagod na siyang habulin ang lalaki, gayong ang trato nito sa kanya ay isang basura! Tapos na ang pagiging masunurin niyang asawa. Sinayang lang nito ang pagmamahal niya. Paglipas ng panahon, naging isa siyang successful na fashion designer. Napapalibutan na siya ng mga bata at gwapong kalalakihan. Madalas niyang nakakasalamuha sa mga events ang dati niyang asawa. It was a long liquid kiss that made me wet so that I couldn't fight back. The knife slipped off my hand as my body yanked on his. We both dried up where we stood when her voice resounded in our ears. "Mom?"

His hot breath fanned my ear and I nearly died the moment the straps of my dress fell away. Revealing a part of myself that left me vulnerable to his hungry gaze that moved over me. I pride myself on decency, to always be appropriate but the way he clenched his jaw and ran his large hands on my thighs made me go. . . to hell with decency. Reaching out, the need to touch him no longer bearable, I traced the outline of his torso through the fabric of his shirt. But even that wasn't enough as my hands moved underneath the fabric to trace the muscles there. He shifted slightly away triggering a fear in me that I had done something wrong. However, the fear diminished when he removed the fabric- granting my eyes the chance to feast on seeing more of his skin. He moved forward peppering light kisses all over my neck and torso only to latch onto my nipple tugging gently on the hard nub. I cried out at the movement of his teeth and tongue as his hands kept me close hindering any chance to reduce the contact to damn near impossible. Reducing the contact was the last thing I wanted, especially considering how far we had come. . .

Rosa shouted, her voice cracking with an anger I’ve never seen in her before. She looked ready to commit murder. Did I look that bad? “Your wife is dying! How can you do this to her? How can you stand there holding another woman while your wife bleeds to death on the floor?!" Rosa snarled. "Rosa, lower your voice," Alexander snapped, but I could hear something different in his tone. Uncertainty. "Take Ivy to the hospital and stop making a scene, or you'll be looking for another job." Rosa shot back, tears streaming down her face. "¡Sos un bueno para nada! What kind of man are you?" I was going to die. Right here on my dining room floor, wearing my mother's blood-stained dress while my husband comforted another woman.
