The Robinson and Fowl families are both powerful, wealthy, and influential, deeply involved in legitimate business and mafia activities. After the rescue, Alexander makes it clear that he no longer loves Maxine and returns to his happy life with Klarisse and their twins. The families strengthen their alliance, and peace is restored.
