Salmon!” Joanne squealed excitedly. “It’s my favorite fish but I didn’t think they would bring that all the way from Bolithos…” She said happily, inhaling the aromas. “It’s Pollock…” I corrected her. “It’s a fish from the southern part of the Metaxas Ocean.
